ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY METHOD FOR PRODUCING FIRED BRICKS

Abstract

The proposed solution refers to the brick manufacturing process using the firing method, which includes the following stages: Kiln design and construction; Brick material processing; Fuel; Brick stacking process; Brick firing process; and Smoke and dust treatment process. The resulting product includes: 2.7 million bricks per firing cycle per kiln, with a 96%-98% yield of Grade A bricks, overcoming the limitations of traditional manual kiln technology. Specifically, the resulting product is brick with high mechanical strength, uniform temperature, and is environmentally friendly.
