Abstract

The invention relates to a plate and battery assembly, relating to the field of battery structure. The plate assembly comprises terminal pins (101) and plate body (102); each plate pin (101) comprises a through-hole (104) and a webbing (105); the through-hole (104) and webbing (105) are of a monolithic structure; mounting holes (103) are made in the plate body (102); the through-hole (104) passes through the corresponding mounting hole (103) to be connected to the plate assembly; on the outer surface of the plate body (102), the material of the plate pin (101) flows out to form the webbing (105) which is compressed on the outer surface of the plate body (102), so that the plate pin (101) is formed and fitted at the corresponding mounting hole (103). According to the supplied cover plate assembly, the riveted block structure in its technical condition is eliminated, thereby reducing the number of parts and improving production efficiency.Furthermore, the cold stamping process is performed on the terminal pins (101), so that the webbing (105) is created on the outer surface of the cover plate body (102), thereby enabling the installation and fixing of the terminal pins (101), reducing material consumption, reducing the overall height of the terminal pins (101) and the height of the outer terminal pins (101), and improving battery capacity.
