Abstract
The proposed solution refers to a cyclone dust separator integrated with a bundled heat exchanger. The device consists of a cylindrical cyclone body, a tangential air inlet, a central exhaust pipe, a conical bottom section, a dust discharge port, and a heat exchanger located within the cylindrical body above the conical section. The heat exchanger comprises numerous straight tubes with parallel axes extending between two opposite tube plates on either side of the cyclone body and connected to the distribution chamber and water collection chamber. The gaps between the ducts create an airflow path through the duct bundle; the bundle's edge is at least one side away from the inner wall to create a bypass zone; the lower edge of the bundle is at least one side away from the conical section to create a continuous dust-dropping zone. The assembly does not have a sealed baffle across its entire cross-section, and the lower end of the central exhaust duct is preferentially located above the duct bundle. At least one end of the duct bundle has a flange and a removable cap to allow the assembly to be flushed or moved axially during maintenance. The device allows for dust separation and air cooling within the same housing while maintaining through-flow, bypass, and dust-drop paths for the air.
