The useful solution refers to the connecting and fixing structure of the pectus excavatum orthopedic plate, which includes a fixing plate, a limiting stop, a fixing groove, free ends, open ends, a clamping limiting stop, an open end, a fixing part, an orthopedic plate, an adjustment hole, and a fastening detail. To combine the orthopedic plate and the fixing plate, the orthopedic plate is placed directly, through the open end of the fixing plate, onto the fixing plate and into the fixing groove through the open end, so that the limiting stop and the clamping limiting stop temporarily hold the orthopedic plate and the fixing plate flush against each other. Then, the position of the orthopedic plate is adjusted through the free ends so that the adjustment hole and the fixing part are aligned. The fastening detail positions the orthopedic plate on the fixing plate in a movable manner.
