MULTI-STATION MULTI-PROCESS DIE MOLDING

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a multi-stage multi-station stamping die consisting of a lower die assembly (1), an upper die assembly (2), and a stamping mechanism assembly (3). The lower die assembly (1) includes the lower die base (11), a turntable (12), and several rolling units (13). The rolling unit (13) is placed between the turntable (12) and the lower die base (11). Each rolling unit (13) is equipped internally with a floating and rotating ball (133). The upper die assembly (2) includes the upper die base (21), the fixed upper die set (22), the interchangeable upper die set (23), and the elastic part of the upper die (24). The two ends of the elastic part of the upper die (24) are connected to the upper die base (21) and the interchangeable upper die set (23) respectively. The stamping mechanism assembly (3) consists of several stamping punches (31) configured to perform different stamping operations and support pillars (32) which are configured to support the workpiece to be stamped. The first end of each stamping punch (31) is connected to the fixed upper die (22). The second end of each stamping punch (31) is inserted in a sliding manner in the variable upper die (23).The support pillars (32) are fixed on the turntable (12).
