THE LAMP HAS A FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT BOARD COATING STRUCTURE

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a new flexible PCB (FPC) coated light fixture. The fixture consists of a light tube, a flexible PCB, and multiple light-emitting diodes (LEDs) arranged on the front surface of the flexible PCB. The flexible PCB is placed inside the light tube. The back surface of the flexible PCB has an adhesive. The flexible PCB is bent from its original state into a curved state, bonded with the adhesive, and flattened to form a protective layer inside the light tube. By bonding the adhesive to the back surface of the flexible PCB within the light tube, the adhesive is flattened during bonding to form a uniform protective layer, thereby effectively dispersing the stress generated when the flexible PCB is bent or folded and extending the lifespan of the flexible PCB.
