METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR RECOMMENDING GROUP TRAINING PLANS BASED ON CONFORMITY

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a method and system for recommending group training plans based on adaptive similarity. Heart rate, movement, and response data are acquired, digitized, and transmitted to a central processing unit. This unit updates the evaluation matrix, evidence-based similarity, and geometry to determine S_GEAS values, select neighbors, and make predictions. Individual lists are merged using Borda counting and aggregated using Choquet integrals to select the final list. The list is converted into a parametric plan and transmitted to the user device. Performance data is retrieved back to update the evaluation matrix and plan for the next cycle.
