Abstract

This invention relates to the field of button mushroom spawn cultivation technology, and discloses an artificial intelligence delivery device for Agaricus bisporus spawn. The device includes a sleeve, with a microwave generator installed at one end of the inner wall of the sleeve, a feed hopper at one end of the outer wall of the sleeve, a humidity sensor installed on the inner wall of the feed hopper, and a discharge pipe at the other end of the outer wall of the sleeve. A motor is installed at one end of the sleeve, and a rotating shaft is installed at the output end of the motor. The cavity of a stirring block connects to the cavity of the rotating shaft. A nozzle is installed on one side of the stirring block. One end of the rotating shaft penetrates the sleeve and is threadedly connected to a connecting assembly. Sterile water can be delivered via the rotating shaft, and the sterile water is delivered to the nozzle through the stirring block. Water is sprayed to moisten the spawn while the stirring block rotates, ensuring more uniform wetting of the spawn within the sleeve, resulting in consistent treatment of each portion of the spawn and further improving the overall quality uniformity of the spawn.
