Automatic deviation correcting device for conveyor belt

Abstract

An automatic deviation correcting device for a conveyor belt includes a frame horizontally arranged and configured to support a conveyor belt; a pressure detection unit, including two columns of pressure detectors arranged symmetrically; two columns of inclined conveyor rollers fitted with a lower surface of the conveyor belt; adjustable support assemblies, including ejector blocks slidably mounted on the conveyor rollers; and a control unit electrically connected to the pressure detection unit, including a comparison module and a signal output module, where when the comparison module detects a pressure difference between both sides of the conveyor belt, the signal output module sends a drive signal to the corresponding adjustable support assembly on a low-pressure side to push the ejector blocks to extend from a surface of the conveyor roller. The present invention solves the problem of lag in deviation correction response mechanisms of deviation correcting devices in the prior art.
