Preparation method of binder-free multilayer gradient zirconia blank

Abstract

Provided is a preparation method of a binder-free multilayer gradient zirconia blank, relating to the technical field of dental restorative materials. The preparation method includes the following steps: step S1, conducting batching; step S2, conducting dry pressing; step S3, conducting cold isostatic pressing (CIP); step S4, conducting pre-sintering curve optimization; step S5, conducting machining; step S6, conducting final sintering; and step S7, conducting inspection. The preparation method of a binder-free multilayer gradient zirconia blank is used for all-ceramic dentures. On the premise of not changing the powder itself and ensuring no difference in the strength and color of the zirconia blank, the preparation method realizes "full-process, zero warping" of the binder-free multilayer gradient zirconia blank for all-ceramic dentures solely through process design, and the binder-free multilayer gradient zirconia blank for all-ceramic dentures becomes "clearer". Meanwhile, merely adjusting the process can also greatly reduce a production cost.
