Description

Rail-frame integrated support jacking system for integrated platform and jacking method thereof TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a rail-frame integrated support jacking system for integrated platform and a jacking method thereof. BACKGROUND

[0002] In building construction, the integrated platform for super high-rise building core tube construction currently mainly includes two types of climbing formwork construction platform and top formwork construction integrated platform, and the top formwork integrated platform is further divided into a few-point low-position top formwork integrated platform and a micro-protruding top formwork integrated platform. The climbing formwork construction platform is difficult to achieve large bearing capacity requirement due to factors such as form of support system and attachment position of support point. The low-position top formwork integrated platform has good bearing capacity, but the size of the support system component is large, and must be designed according to the structure characteristics of each project, which is difficult to achieve multi-project generalization and has poor economy. Moreover, because the support point is few (generally 4-6, which must be arranged at the position of the wall at both ends of the support beam), the integrated platform is easy to appear in air anti-torsion deviation, and has no anti-falling setting, which has safety hazards. The support position of the micro-protruding top formwork integrated platform is relatively flexible, but because the bearing part must be part of the formwork, it must be customized according to the structure height, and the manufacturing process is high, and the generalization is not ideal. The single set of bearing part weighs 2.5 tons, and is installed with the formwork at the same time, so the labor intensity of installation and removal is large.

[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to design a support jacking system with strong component generalization, more flexible installation and removal, anti-torsion, anti-falling performance and large bearing capacity.

The tightness of the sliding sleeve is controlled by adjusting the screwing depth of the locking bolt.

[0017] This invention further proposes a lifting method based on the above-mentioned integrated rail frame support and lifting system for an integrated platform, comprising the following steps:

[0018] After installing the wall-mounted support for the N+1 layer, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is pushed out, causing the support column to move upward. During the upward movement of the support column, the load-bearing rod of the support column pushes the support hook of the wall-mounted support to flip towards the side closer to the concrete wall to create space for the support column to move upward.

[0019] After the preset lifting height is reached, the support column automatically falls back under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder. The load-bearing bar on the support column is hung on the support hook of the wall-mounted support on the N+1 layer. The load on the upper part of the integrated platform is transferred to the wall-mounted support, the wall-mounted support is transferred to the wall-mounted connector, and finally to the concrete wall.

[0020] After the support column is in place, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is retracted. The piston rod drives the cylinder bracket to rise one floor. The cylinder bracket automatically falls back and hangs on the wall-mounted support on the Nth floor. The cylinder is depressurized, and the construction integrated platform completes one lifting process.

[0021] The proposed integrated support and lifting system for construction platforms allows for automatic reversal and resetting of the support hooks relative to the load-bearing bars of the support columns during platform lifting. Simultaneously, the anti-lateral guidance mechanism consistently clamps the T-slot guide rails on the support columns, ensuring anti-lateral guidance functionality in both working and lifting states. This integrated support and lifting system enhances the torsional resistance of the construction platform, providing multiple safety redundancies and ensuring reliability and practicality. Furthermore, this integrated support and lifting system combines the advantages of both climbing formwork platforms and top formwork construction platforms, offering significant load-bearing capacity while maintaining a compact size, flexible installation and dismantling, and simple operation. It reduces worker workload, resulting in excellent economic benefits and wide applicability. Attached Figure Description

[0043] It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely intended to explain the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

[0044] The present application proposes a rail-frame integrated support and jacking system for an integrated platform.

[0045] Embodiment 1

[0046] Referring to Figs. 1 to 7b, in the present embodiment, a rail-frame integrated support and jacking system for an integrated platform includes a wall-attached connecting piece 3, a wall-attached support 2, an oil cylinder support 7, a hydraulic oil cylinder 8, a support column 6 and a construction integrated platform 5, wherein,

[0047] The wall-attached support 2 is detachably installed on the surface of the concrete wall 1 through corresponding wall-attached connecting pieces 3. The wall-attached support 2 is provided with freely reversible supporting hooks 2.9. The support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are supported on the supporting hooks 2.9 of the corresponding wall-attached supports 2 (in this embodiment, the support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are both hung on two wall-attached supports 2). The support column 6 is located above the oil cylinder support 7. The oil cylinder support 7 is provided with a hydraulic oil cylinder 8. The piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 is connected with the support column 6 to drive the jacking of the support column 6 (in this embodiment, the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the support column 6).

[0048] In this embodiment, referring to FIG. 1, the support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are both provided with force-bearing rods. The support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are hung on the supporting hooks 2.9 through the force-bearing rods.

[0049] The plurality of force-bearing rods of the support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are arranged in a stepped manner. The stepped arrangement of the force-bearing rods can adjust the jacking distance mode according to the height of different floors. In the event of an emergency during jacking, the stepped arrangement of the force-bearing rods can ensure that the integrated platform column is timely positioned on the hooks of the wall-attached supports 2, thereby ensuring the safety of the jacking operation.

[0050] The wall-attached connecting pieces 3 are pre-buried in the concrete wall 1. The bottom plate 2.4 of the wall-attached support 2 is fixed with the wall-attached connecting pieces 3 through fasteners to fix the wall-attached support 2 on one side of the concrete wall 1.

[0051] The wall-attached connecting pieces 3 adopt a combination of removable pre-buried threaded rods 3.1 and positioning clamping plates 3.2 for fixing the removable pre-buried threaded rods 3.1 on the wall body or a combination of counter-pulling threaded rods and back plates. The positioning plates or back plates are provided with bolt holes for the pre-buried threaded rods or counter-pulling threaded rods to pass through. The removable pre-buried threaded rods or counter-pulling threaded rods are detachably installed on the concrete wall 1. Before the core tube wall concrete is poured, the wall-attached connecting pieces 3 are installed on the wall steel bars 4 and are positioned and reinforced with the steel bars 4 as necessary to ensure that the wall-attached connecting pieces 3 do not deviate during the pouring and vibrating of the concrete. After the formwork of the core tube wall is removed, the installation accuracy of the wall-attached connecting pieces 3 is re-measured. According to the deviation, a pre-adjustment plan is made. Then, high-strength bolts 2.11 are used to position and install the wall-attached supports 2 on the wall-attached connecting pieces 3.

[0052] Each support column 6 is provided with at least two wall-attached supports 2 (the plurality of wall-attached supports 2 are backup for each other to prevent the collapse of the support column 6 due to the failure of one wall-attached support 2, thereby effectively ensuring the safety of the integrated platform). After the support column 6 is jacked to a preset height, the lower wall-attached support 2 is removed and installed above the wall-attached support 2 currently supporting the support column 6. The wall-attached supports 2 corresponding to each support column 6 are vertically arranged in a linear manner, thereby enabling the support column 6 to smoothly pass through the middle of the two supporting hooks 2.9 of each wall-attached support 2.

[0053] Further, referring to FIG. 3, the support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 are provided with T-shaped slot guide rails near the side of the concrete wall surface, the T-shaped slot guide rail comprises a support plate arranged perpendicularly to the side of the concrete wall surface of the support column 6 and the oil cylinder support 7 and a limiting plate arranged perpendicularly to the support plate, the limiting plate and the support plate form a T-shaped structure, and the wall-attached support 2 is provided with a lateral resistance guiding mechanism matched with the T-shaped slot guide rail.

[0054] Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the lateral resistance guiding mechanism comprises an inner lateral resistance guiding wheel and an outer lateral resistance guiding wheel 2.3, the outer lateral resistance guiding wheel 2.3 is located inside the limiting plate, and the inner lateral resistance guiding wheel is located outside the limiting plate.

[0055] The wall-attached support 2 is provided with two supporting hooks 2.9, and the wall-attached support 2 comprises a bottom plate 2.4 and two support lug plates, the two support lug plates are fixed to the same side of the bottom plate 2.4, and the two supporting hooks 2.9 are respectively supported on the two support lug plates and are rotationally connected with the two support lug plates. The inner lateral resistance guiding wheel and the outer lateral resistance guiding wheel 2.3 of the wall-attached support 2 cooperate to clamp the T-shaped slot guide rail 6.2 to guide the support column 6 to stably go up. The outer lateral resistance guiding wheel 2.3 and the inner lateral resistance guiding wheel always clamp the T-shaped slot guide rail 6.2 on the support column 6, thereby realizing the relative stability of the position of the support column 6 in the platform working and jacking states.

[0056] Referring to FIG. 2, the support lug plate comprises an outer lug plate 2.5 and an inner lug plate 2.6 fixed to the same side of the bottom plate 2.4, the end of the supporting hook 2.9 is located between the outer lug plate 2.5 and the inner lug plate 2.6, a pin shaft passes through the inner lug plate 2.6, the supporting hook 2.9 and the outer lug plate 2.5 to connect the three, and the pin shaft hole in the outer lug plate 2.5 and the inner lug plate 2.6 adopts a clearance fit with the pin shaft to ensure that the supporting hook 2.9 can be freely flipped.

[0057] Referring to FIG. 2, the wall-attached support 2 further comprises two guiding wheel supports 2.7 fixed to the bottom plate 2.4, the two guiding wheel supports 2.7 are located between the two inner lug plates 2.6, and each guiding wheel support 2.7 is provided with an outer lateral resistance guiding wheel 2.3. The bottom plate 2.4 is provided with a bolt hole for connecting an inner thread hole of a removable embedded screw rod 3.1 or installing a tension screw rod.

[0058] Referring to Fig. 2, the inner side anti-side guide wheels include an upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2 and a lower anti-side guide wheel 2.1, the pin shaft axes of the upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2 and the lower anti-side guide wheel 2.1 are arranged in parallel, the connecting point of the support hook claw 2.9 and the support lug plate is located between the upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2 and the lower anti-side guide wheel 2.1, and the pin shaft of the upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2 passes through the two guide wheel supports 2.7 and is supported on the mounting holes of the two inner lug plates 2.6. The guide wheel support 2.7 is provided with a connecting bolt hole and a U-shaped clamping groove (for the connecting pin shaft of the upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2 to pass through), and the size of the U-shaped clamping groove is slightly larger than that of the connecting pin shaft of the upper anti-side guide wheel 2.2, so as to ensure that the guide wheel support 2.7 has a certain rotation space to digest the installation deviation on site, and to realize that the support column 6 flows through during the jacking process.

[0059] The two inner lug plates 2.6 are also connected with a C-shaped clamping groove plate 2.8 to avoid the T-shaped groove guide rail 6.2 and the pin shaft of the support hook claw 2.9 from scratching. The C-shaped clamping groove plate 2.8 is also used to increase the overall stability of the structure frame of the attached wall support 2. The hooking part of the support hook claw 2.9 is an inclined surface with an outward inclination angle, so as to guide the force rod 6.1 of the integrated platform support column 6 to smoothly fall into position. The bottom plate 2.4 above the support hook claw 2.9 is also fixed with a limiting clamping plate 2.10, so as to limit the maximum angle of upward rotation of the support hook claw 2.9 and prevent the hooking part from damaging the wall.

[0060] Further, the oil cylinder support 7 and the force rod outside the support column 6 are provided with a support hook claw limiting top block, when the hydraulic oil cylinder loads the oil cylinder support 7, the support hook claw limiting top block can abut against the outside of the support hook claw 2.9, so that a part of the horizontal force of the oil cylinder support 7 is directly transmitted to the support hook claw 2.9, the stress intensity of the T-shaped groove on the support column 6 is reduced, and the anti-side guide mechanism on the attached wall support 2 is protected.

[0061] When the construction integrated platform 5 is jacked up, the load-bearing rod 6.1 of the support column 6 is separated from the supporting hook claw 2.9, and as the jacking work proceeds, the load-bearing rod 6.1 distributed on the support column 6 will intermittently push the bottom of the next set of supporting hook claw 2.9 and push the supporting hook claw 2.9 to overturn to the wall side. After the load-bearing rod passes through, the supporting hook claw 2.9 is reset to the vertical state with the concrete wall 1 under the action of its own weight, and this cycle continues until the jacking work of the predetermined stroke is completed. The vertical load of the support column 6 is transmitted to the hydraulic jacking oil cylinder, the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 is transmitted to the oil cylinder support 7, and then transmitted to the corresponding lower wall-attached support 2 of the oil cylinder support 7, and finally transmitted to the concrete wall 1. During the jacking process of the construction integrated platform 5, the lateral horizontal load of the integrated platform support column 6 is transmitted to the wall-attached support 2 through the lateral resisting and guiding mechanism on the wall-attached support 2, and then transmitted to the concrete wall 1. After the construction integrated platform 5 is jacked up by one structural layer, the support column 6 is re-hung on the wall-attached support 2 at the position of the previous structural layer, and after the oil cylinder support 7 is lifted, its tail will be separated from the wall-attached support 2 on the lower structural layer, and the wall-attached support 2 that is no longer in force is removed and rotated to the upper structural floor for use.

[0062] The wall-attached connecting piece 3 includes a removable embedded screw rod 3.1 and a positioning card plate 3.2 for fixing the removable embedded screw rod 3.1.

[0063] The working principle steps of the rail frame integrated support jacking system for the integrated platform are as follows.

[0064] 1. In the jacking preparation stage of the construction integrated platform 5, first, the wall-attached support 2 of the upper N+1 layer is installed (refer to FIG. 4), and the supporting hook claw 2.9 of the wall-attached support 2 is in the state of being turned up to the wall side. The outer side of the N+1 layer supporting hook claw 2.9 and the inner side of the load-bearing rod 6.1 of the support column 6 are in a relaxed and naturally fitted state.

[0065] 2. Before jacking, it is checked to ensure that the oil cylinder support 7 is well fitted with the wall-attached support 2 and that the force is evenly and reliably applied. The piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 is slowly pushed out, pushing the support column 6 to move upward. The lateral resisting and guiding mechanism of the wall-attached support 2 ensures that the support column 6 does not deviate during upward movement. During the upward movement of the support column 6, when the load-bearing rod reaches the hook claw, it will push the supporting hook claw 2.9 to turn inward around its pin shaft (toward the side close to the concrete wall 1). After the supporting hook claw 2.9 is automatically pushed open, the load-bearing rod will pass through smoothly. After the load-bearing rod completely passes through, the supporting hook claw 2.9 will automatically turn back to the vertical state with the concrete wall 1 under the action of its own weight.

[0066] 3. After the predetermined lifting height is completed, the support column 6 automatically falls back under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder. The load-bearing bar on the support column 6 is re-hooked onto the hook of the wall-mounted support 2. The load-bearing bar and the hook are tightly attached. The upper load of the integrated platform is transferred to the wall-mounted support 2, the wall-mounted support 2 is transferred to the wall-mounted connector 3, and finally to the concrete wall 1.

[0067] 4. After the support column 6 is in place, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 8 is retracted. The piston rod drives the cylinder bracket 7 to be lifted from the N-1 floor to the N floor. During the lifting process, the T-slot guide rail on the cylinder bracket 7 is guided by the guide wheel of the wall-mounted support 2 on the N-1 floor and smoothly enters the wall-mounted support 2 section on the N floor. After the cylinder bracket 7 is lifted into place, it is hung on the wall-mounted support 2 on the N floor. The cylinder is depressurized, and the construction integrated platform 5 completes one lifting process.

[0068] The integrated support and lifting system for the integrated platform proposed in this invention enables the automatic flipping and resetting of the support hooks 2.9 relative to the load-bearing bars of the support columns 6 during the lifting of the integrated construction platform 5. Simultaneously, because the anti-lateral guidance mechanism can always clamp the T-slot guide rails 6.2 on the support columns 6, anti-lateral guidance is achieved in both working and lifting states. This integrated support and lifting system improves the torsional resistance of the integrated construction platform 5, giving the platform multiple safety redundancies and ensuring reliability and practicality. Furthermore, this integrated support and lifting system combines the advantages of both climbing formwork construction platforms and top formwork construction integrated platforms, possessing a large load-bearing capacity while maintaining a small size, more flexible installation and dismantling, and simple and convenient operation, reducing the labor intensity of workers and demonstrating good economic benefits and wide applicability.

[0069] Example 2

[0070] Referring to Figures 8a and 8b, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, in this embodiment, a set of hanging shoes 2.12 are added to the left and right sides of the outer side of the support hook 2.9 of the wall-mounted support 2 to support the hydraulic cylinder bracket 7.

[0071] In this embodiment, the hydraulic cylinder bracket 7 is hooked onto the hanging shoe 2.12 of the wall-mounted support 2 via a hook (equipped with an elastic reset mechanism that enables the hook to automatically flip and reset). The hydraulic cylinder bracket 7 and the support column 6 are simultaneously supported on the same set of wall-mounted supports 2. By adopting this method of sharing the wall-mounted support 2, without changing the safety of the support system, the position of the hydraulic cylinder bracket 7 can be moved up one structural layer (relative to embodiment 1) and nested together with the support column 6, reducing the number of wall-mounted supports 2 and also reducing the difficulty of turnover of the wall-mounted supports 2.

[0072] Example 3

[0073] With reference to FIGS. 9a-9g, the supporting hook 2.9 and the lateral resistance mechanism of embodiment 3 are consistent with those of embodiments 1 and 2, and the difference is that embodiment 3 has the following adjustments based on embodiment 2:

[0074] 1. The number of supporting hooks 2.9 in each set of wall-attached support 2 in embodiment 3 is one, and the force bearing mode of the support column 6 and the wall-attached support 2 is changed from double hooks on both sides of the column to single hook in the abdominal cavity of the column.

[0075] 2. A set of hook ear plates 2.13 is added to the left and right sides of the supporting hook 2.9 in embodiment 3, which has a similar function to the hanging shoe 2.12 and some structural changes. Both are used to hook the oil cylinder bracket 7, which is fixed to the hook ear plate 2.13 through the hook 7.1. This shared wall-attached support 2 can move the position of the oil cylinder bracket 7 up by one structural layer and nest with the support column 6, reducing the number of wall-attached supports 2 without changing the safety of the support system.

[0076] 3. The lateral resistance mechanism in embodiment 3 is placed at the lower part of the supporting hook 2.9 to avoid conflicts with the assembly of the oil cylinder bracket 7 during operation.

[0077] 4. Short-stroke hydraulic cylinders 8 are used in embodiment 3, and a set of reversing devices 9 is configured on each of the upper and lower hydraulic cylinders 8. By adjusting the direction of the reversing device 9, the lifting of the support column 6 and the oil cylinder bracket 7 can be realized.

[0078] 5. The four sets of hooks 7.1 on the oil cylinder bracket 7 are provided with elastic reset devices, which can realize automatic flipping and resetting after the hooks pass the hook ear plate 2.13.

[0079] Specifically, with reference to FIGS. 9d-9g, the reversing device 9 adopts the following structure: including a top tongue 9.10, a top tongue box 9.1, a limiting mechanism, a top tongue turning adjusting mechanism, and a top tongue turning reset mechanism. [0081] The top tongue turning adjusting mechanism includes a turning handle 9.5 fixedly connected with the top tongue 9.10. The top tongue turning adjusting mechanism is provided with a top tongue turning reset mechanism on both sides. The turning handle 9.5 is T-shaped, and a top tongue turning reset mechanism is fixed on both sides of the turning handle 9.5. The top tongue turning reset mechanism includes a guide slide rod 9.7 fixed on the top tongue box 9.1, a sliding sleeve 9.2 sleeved on the guide slide rod, and an elastic member connecting the sliding sleeve 9.2 and the top tongue turning adjusting mechanism. The sliding sleeve 9.2 is provided with a locking bolt 9.3 for fixing the sliding sleeve 9.2. The locking bolt 9.3 is adjusted to control the tightness of the sliding sleeve 9.2. The top tongue box 9.1 includes upper and lower clamping groove plates, left and right limiting plates connecting the two sides of the upper and lower clamping groove plates, and an oil cylinder connecting ear plate fixed below the lower clamping groove plate. The upper and lower clamping groove plates are provided with clamping grooves for clamping the outer sides of the guide rails of the support column 6. The top tongue 9.10 is installed in the top tongue box 9.1 through a top tongue positioning pin shaft 9.9. The top tongue 9.10 can rotate around the top tongue positioning pin shaft 9.9. An upper limiting block 9.6 and a lower limiting block 9.8 are provided on the top tongue box 9.1. The upper limiting block 9.6 is located above the right of the top tongue positioning pin shaft 9.9 (right in FIG. 9d), and the lower limiting block 9.8 is located below the right of the top tongue positioning pin shaft 9.9. [0082] The reversing device 9 of the construction platform jacking system works as follows.

[0083] Before the construction platform prepares for jacking operation, rotate the steering handle 9.5 counterclockwise, so that the tail points to the upper right, adjust the locking bolt 9.3, so that the sliding sleeve 9.2 is fixed at the fixed groove at the upper end of the guide sliding rod 9.7, at this time the spring 9.4 is in a taut state, the spring 9.4 pulls the steering handle 9.5, and then the lower end of the top tongue 9.10 inside can be tightly jacked on the lower limit block 9.8, the upper end of the top tongue 9.10 exposes the top tongue box 9.1, and the exposed part is on the lower surface of the ladder stop slot top block 6.3 of the support column 6. After adjustment, the structure is as shown in Figure 9f.

[0084] When the reversing device 9 is used to support the jacking of the column 6, its working principle is as follows.

[0085] 1. The reversing device 9 is connected with the power system such as the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 through the connecting lug plate, the oil cylinder pressurized piston rod is extended, the reversing device 9 is pushed to move upward, the top tongue 9.10 of the reversing device 9 abuts against the ladder stop slot top block 6.3 on the support column 6, thereby pushing the support column 6 to move upward;

[0086] 2. The support column 6 moves upward under the push of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8, until it reaches the predetermined stroke (the distance between the two ladder stop slot top blocks 6.3), the support column 6 is first fixed with the lower reversing device 9, then the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 piston rod is retracted and recovered, driving the upper reversing device 9 to move downward;

[0087] 3. With the downward movement of the upper reversing device 9, the exposed part of the front end of the top tongue 9.10 collides with the ladder stop slot top block 6.3 on the support column 6, and the top tongue 9.10 will rotate clockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9 as the oil cylinder piston rod continues to retract, so that the top tongue 9.10 smoothly passes through the block of the ladder stop slot top block 6.3;

[0088] 4. After the top tongue 9.10 passes through the ladder stop slot top block 6.3, under the pulling force of the spring 9.4, the steering handle 9.5 pulls the top tongue 9.10 to rotate counterclockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9, so that the top tongue 9.10 returns to the next gear ladder stop slot top block 6.3 of the support column 6;

[0089] 5. The oil cylinder is pressurized again, the piston rod is extended, the upper reversing device 9 is pushed to move upward, the top tongue 9.10 abuts against the stop ladder stop slot top block 6.3 on the support column 6, thereby pushing the support column 6 to move upward again, entering the next jacking operation;

[0090] 6. The above steps are repeated until the support column 6 is jacked to the predetermined height position.

[0091] After the construction platform jacking operation is completed, the next step is to lift the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 and the oil cylinder support 7 in preparation for the subsequent jacking of the construction platform. After the hydraulic oil cylinder power system is fixed with the attached wall support 2, loosen the locking bolt 9.3, rotate the direction handle 9.5 clockwise, so that the tail points to the lower right. At this time, the sliding sleeve 9.2 slides downward along the guide slide rod 9.7 under the drag of the spring 9.4, and is fixed in the fixed groove at the lower end of the guide slide rod 9.7 through the locking bolt 9.3. At this time, the spring 9.4 is in a tight state, the spring 9.4 tightens the direction handle 9.5, and then the upper end of the top tongue 9.10 is tightly clamped on the upper limit block 9.6, and the lower end of the top tongue 9.10 is exposed from the top tongue box 9.1. The exposed part can be clamped on the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3 of the support column 6. After adjustment, the structure is as shown in FIG. 9g.

[0092] When the reversing device 9 is used to lift the hydraulic oil cylinder 8, its working principle is as follows.

[0093] 1. The upper and lower reversing devices 9 are connected to the upper and lower ends of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 through the oil cylinder connecting lug plate. The pressurized piston rod of the oil cylinder is extended to push the upper reversing device 9 of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 to move upward. With the upward movement of the reversing device 9, the exposed part of the top tongue 9.10 hits the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3 in the upper stop position of the support column 6. With the continuous extension of the oil cylinder piston rod, the top tongue 9.10 will rotate counterclockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9, so that the top tongue 9.10 smoothly passes through the block of the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3, and the upper reversing device 9 performs the climbing action.

[0094] 2. After the top tongue 9.10 passes through the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3, under the action of the spring 9.4, the direction handle 9.5 pulls the top tongue 9.10 to rotate clockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9, so that the top tongue 9.10 returns to the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3 in the previous stop position of the support column 6, and the climbing operation of the upper reversing device 9 is completed.

[0095] 3. After the oil cylinder piston rod completes the extension stroke of one stop position, it starts to retract. The top tongue 9.10 of the upper reversing device 9 will be tightly pressed against the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3 in the stop position. With the continuous retraction of the piston rod, the power device of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 will be disconnected from the support column 6 and moved upward to complete the lifting of one stop position.

[0096] 4. After the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 power device is lifted to complete the predetermined stroke, it is fixed with the ladder stopper slot top block 6.3 in the stop position of the support column 6 through the lower reversing device 9, and the lifting operation of one stop position of the hydraulic oil cylinder 8 is completed.

[0097] 5. The hydraulic cylinder 8 will pressurize again to push the piston rod out, pushing the reversing device 9 located above to move upward. The exposed part of the top tongue 9.10 will touch the top block 6.3 of the step groove in the support column 6. As the piston rod of the cylinder continues to push out, the top tongue 9.10 will rotate counterclockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9, so that the top tongue 9.10 can pass smoothly through the block 6.3 of the step groove in the support column 6. Under the pulling force of the spring 9.4, the adjusting handle 9.5 pulls the top tongue 9.10 to rotate clockwise around the top tongue positioning pin 9.9, so that the top tongue 9.10 returns to the top block 6.3 of the step groove in the support column 6, and the reversing device 9 above will climb again.

[0098] 6. Repeat the above steps until the hydraulic cylinder 8 is raised to the predetermined height.

[0099] By employing a reversing device 9 in conjunction with a short-stroke hydraulic cylinder 8, the top mold integrated platform is lifted and positioned in stages through multiple cycles of reciprocating jacking. Using this technology on the same top mold integrated platform reduces costs by more than 40% compared to the original large-stroke hydraulic cylinder 8 system, while also reducing the size of the hydraulic cylinder 8, thus improving turnover efficiency and versatility. Furthermore, this reversing device 9 has the advantages of ingenious reversing, stable operation, simple structure, and ease of implementation.

[0100] Example 4

[0101] Referring to Figures 10a and 10b, the operating principle of Embodiment 4 is the same as that of Embodiment 3. The difference is that Embodiment 4 incorporates and adjusts the features of Embodiments 2 and 3.

[0102] 1. In Example 4, each set of wall-mounted supports 2 has one supporting hook 2.9. The load-bearing method of the supporting column 6 and the wall-mounted support 2 is changed from double hooks on both sides of the column to a single hook in the column cavity.

[0103] 2. In Example 4, a set of hanging shoes 2.12 are added to the left and right sides of the outer side of the supporting claw 2.9 for hooking the oil cylinder bracket 7;

[0104] 3. In Example 4, the cylinder bracket 7 is in the form of a triangular bracket, which is fixed to the hanging shoe 2.12 by the hanging claw 7.1. By adopting this method of sharing the wall support 2, the position of the cylinder bracket 7 can be moved up one structural layer without changing the safety of the support system, and nested together with the support column 6, thereby reducing the number of wall supports 2.

[0105] 4. In embodiment 4, the anti-side guide mechanism is set at the lower part of the support hook 2.9 to avoid assembly conflict with the cylinder bracket 7 during operation;

[0106] 5. In Example 4, a short-stroke hydraulic cylinder 8 is used. Each hydraulic cylinder 8 is equipped with a reversing device 9, which can be adjusted to lift the support column 6 and raise the cylinder bracket 7.

[0107] 6. All four sets of claws 7.1 on the cylinder bracket 7 are equipped with elastic reset devices, which can realize automatic flipping and reset after the claws 7.1 pass over the shoe 2.12.

[0108] The present invention further proposes a lifting method for an integrated rail frame support lifting system for an integrated platform.

[0109] In this preferred embodiment, a lifting method based on the integrated rail frame support lifting system for an integrated platform in the above embodiments includes the following steps:

[0110] Step S10: After installing the wall-mounted support 2 of the N+1 layer, control the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 8 to push out, so that the support column 6 moves upward. During the upward movement of the support column 6, the bearing rod of the support column 6 pushes the support hook 2.9 of the wall-mounted support 2 to flip towards the side closer to the concrete wall 1 to make room for the support column 6 to move upward.

[0111] Step S20: After the preset lifting height is completed, the support column 6 automatically falls back under the drive of the hydraulic cylinder 8. The load-bearing bar on the support column 6 is hung on the support hook 2.9 of the wall-mounted support 2 on the N+1 layer. The upper load of the integrated platform is transferred to the wall-mounted support 2, the wall-mounted support 2 is transferred to the wall-mounted connector 3, and finally to the concrete wall 1.

[0112] In step S30, after the support column 6 is in place, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 8 is retracted. The piston rod drives the cylinder bracket 7 to rise one layer (the method corresponding to embodiment 1 of the integrated support lifting system is from layer N-1 to layer N). The cylinder bracket 7 automatically falls back and hangs on the wall support 2 on layer N (there are 4 ways for the cylinder bracket 7 and the wall support 2 to cooperate, specifically refer to the 4 embodiments of the integrated support lifting system for the integrated platform described above). The cylinder is depressurized, and the construction integrated platform 5 completes one lifting process.

[0113] The jacking method proposed in this invention enables the integrated rail frame support jacking system to operate smoothly during the jacking process. At the same time, the jacking method is stable, reliable, and easy to operate.

[0114] The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not limit the patent scope of the present invention. Any equivalent structural transformations made based on the description and drawings of the present invention, or direct or indirect applications in other related technical fields, are similarly included within the patent protection scope of the present invention.
