Abstract
Description
UAE Design application no. D2025-01343 filed based on US priority 30 / 006,171 dated May 30, 2025. Locarno Classification: 25-3 Title of the design: MODULAR TRIAGING STATION CEILING The applicant has reviewed the amendment order and note that the Examiner has raised a lack of unity objection, alleging that the application includes more than one design. In applicant’s view, the application presents a single design. The various figures consistently illustrate the same claimed subject matter. Certain figures (e.g., Figures 1-1, 1-3, 1-4, and 1-5) include additional environmental elements shown in broken lines (dash – dash lines); however, such broken lines do not form part of the claimed design and are included only for contextual and environmental purposes. As a result, their presence does not introduce any variation in the claimed design across the figures. Accordingly, the application complies with the unity requirement and that only one design is actually being claimed. Thus, the applicant requests not to cancel or withdraw any of the figures under consideration. Specification: BE IT KNOWN that we, Benjamin Richard Pankhurst, Deborah M. Wingler, and Colby Brian Dearman, have invented a new, original, and ornamental design for a modular triaging station ceiling, as set forth in the following specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings which form a part thereof. Short description of the figures: Figure 1Bottom perspective view of a modular triaging station ceiling.Figure 2Another bottom perspective view thereof. Figure 3Bottom elevational view thereof. Figure 4 Front perspective view thereof. Figure 5 Another front perspective view thereof. Figure 6Another bottom perspective view thereof. Figure 7Top perspective view thereof. Figure 8Bottom elevational view thereof. Figure 9Top elevational view thereof. Figure 10Left elevational view thereof. Figure 11Right elevational view thereof. Figure 12Front, facing view thereof. Figure 13Rear, facing view thereof. Figure 14Another rear, facing view thereof. Claims: 1. The ornamental design for a modular triaging station ceiling as shown and described. The broken lines (dash-dash) included in the Figures illustrate environment or portions of the modular triaging station ceiling that form no part of the claimed design.
