Abstract

The design relates to a helical-shaped compression grease tube configured for the storage and controlled dispensing of lubricating grease. The tube features a squeezable, externally ribbed helical-shaped structure that allows manual compression to dispense grease in a regulated manner. The helical-shaped configuration enhances grip, ensures uniform pressure distribution, and enables substantially complete evacuation of the grease content compared to conventional smooth-walled tubes. The design is lightweight, structurally stable under axial compression, and compatible with standard grease or lubrication guns. The design is intended for the application of lubricating grease to mechanical components including bearings, gears, joints, and automotive or industrial machinery parts. It supports efficient lubrication, minimizes waste, reduces friction and wear, and allows both manual dispensing and use with lubrication guns. External helical-shaped (spring-like) ribbed structure along the body of the tube.Squeezable cylindrical form enabling controlled manual compression.Enhanced grip surface due to ribbed configuration.Structural design allowing substantially complete evacuation (nearly 100%) of grease content.Lightweight construction compared to conventional smooth-wall grease tubes.Uniform pressure distribution during dispensing.Compatibility with standard grease and lubrication guns.Reinforced geometry that maintains shape and stability under axial compression.
