Description

DESCRIPTION SYSTEM FOR CAPTURING PERIPHERAL VIEWS OF A SUBJECT The present invention relates to a peripheral shooting system of a subject in combination with a mirror incorporating a screen for alternate viewing between the image reflected by the mirror and the image of the shot. We already know of an imaging system allowing a subject to see themselves in a front view and a back view. This system comprises a subject location with an image module comprising a semi-transparent mirror and a display screen positioned behind the mirror facing the subject standing at the location. A camera looking at the back of the subject standing at the location and taking its back image and a processor managing the operation of the image module and the camera to display on the mirror the front image of the subject alternately with the back image taken by the camera. From US2014 / 0042670 AL, we know of a shooting booth, comprising a rotating stool on which a person can sit in order to be scanned from above in order to produce a 3D reproduction of the person, which is then displayed in an interface 324 outside the booth. From JP2007221409, it is known that a shooting booth which allows a person to simultaneously view a plurality of images taken by the same fixed camera with different poses, in order to evaluate how to combine these different images together into a single image formed by joining together the plurality of images. It is an objective of the present invention to develop a system allowing the presentation to a subject of one or more shots of the subject in addition to his own image in a mirror. To this end, the subject of the invention is a system for presenting at least one shot, according to claim 1, favorable embodiments and improvements being described in the sub-claims. An object of the invention is also a peripheral shooting system of a subject in combination with a mirror incorporating a screen for alternate viewing between the image reflected by the mirror and the shooting images displayed on the screen integrated with the mirror, a system, characterized in that it comprises: a location which is rotated for the subject, a set of lighting distributed around the location, a mirror incorporating a display screen for presenting the image of the mirror and for displaying the images obtained from the views of a shooting equipment facing the subject for capturing peripheral views of the subject in different rotational positions of the location, a background facing the shooting equipment beyond the subject’s location, a management unit comprising an image processing unit and a control unit for receiving commands and providing images from the processing of views, these images are capable of being displayed and control signals for shooting and lighting as well as displaying the images and rotation of the location of the subject. Thus, the invention makes it possible to take a sequence of images under identical conditions of the subject, which is presented at different angles of rotation in front of the camera, in particular simultaneously with its own image in the mirror or in succession with its own image. The lighting is set to that shooting position in which the rotating subject passes. This ensures better quality and homogeneity of the subject’s images. The setup and its positioning with respect to the subject are simplified. Following another advantageous feature, the set of lighting comprises lighting units distributed around the location, adjustable in intensity and color. According to another advantageous feature of the set of lighting, the various means of the invention are simply adjusted with respect to the subject in its rotational position facing the camera; this does not require modifications to the adjustments, as would be necessary for a camera rotating around the subject and which, for its part, would be in a fixed position. According to another advantageous feature, the mirror has a portion for presenting the mirror image of the subject and integrating a screen, the portion of the mirror being semi-transparent. In particular, the mirror has a portion for presenting the image of the subject, this portion being bordered on at least one side by a portion incorporating a screen, this or these mirror portions being semi-transparent. According to another feature, the management module comprises an interface, an image processing unit and a control unit, the transmission of the signals being done by any appropriate means, aerial, such as Wifi or Bluetooth or the like, or by cables or the like. Finally, the background includes a neutral surface capable of receiving a decor, which allows the sequence of the subject’s images to be integrated into an environment. The present invention will be described hereinafter in greater detail with the help of an example of a shooting system, which is shown schematically in the accompanying drawings, wherein: [Fig. 1] Plan diagram of a shooting system according to the invention, [Fig. 2] Diagram of the stool and the different rotational positions, [Fig. 3] diagram of a mirror. Fig. 1 shows the diagram of a peripheral shooting system 100 in a room to take shots of a subject S installed on a location 1 formed by a stool 11 driven in rotation on command to turn the subject facing a shooting equipment 4. The system 100 comprises a set of lighting 2 consisting of different lighting units 21, 22, 23, 24, around the location 1, for example, in the corners of the room. The system 100 is completed with a mirror 3 facing the location 1 of the subject. This mirror 3 incorporates a video screen for displaying the one or more images obtained from the views taken by the equipment 4, the system ensuring that the subject can see the one or more images displayed by the screen in or through a semi-transparent portion of the mirror, without seeing its own IMo image in the mirror or seeing its own image without seeing the one or more images displayed by the screen, the system being able, to this end, in particular, to control the lighting accordingly. In another possible embodiment, the system ensures that the subject sees both his IMo image in a non-semi-transparent portion of the mirror and, next to this IMo image, the one or more images displayed by the screen in or through a semi-transparent portion of the mirror. The shooting equipment 4 installed facing the subject S, preferably not facing the mirror 3, comprises a camera 41 with a bracket 42 adjustable in height and orientation and a control unit 43 for the bracket and the camera 41. The Vi views taken by the camera 41 can preferably be in agreement with the IMo image of the mirror when the subject is placed in front of the mirror 3 before any rotation of the stool 11, i.e., when the stool is in its Po resting position. To do this, the camera 41 can be adjusted in orientation in agreement with the position of the subject S, for example, standing or sitting at the location 1 so that the camera is preferably at a height equal to that of the eyes of the subject S, which will not be disturbed on display of the Ii images obtained from the Vi views taken by the camera 41. The adjustments are made by a control unit 61, which receives commands from a management unit 6 to act on the camera 41 and its bracket 42. A background 5 facing the shooting equipment 4, beyond the location 1 for taking views of the subject (S) on a neutral surface 51, possibly replaced by a decor 52. The peripheral shooting system 100 is managed by a management unit 6, comprising an image processing unit 61, receiving the Vi views from the shooting equipment 4 and processing them to generate Ii images transmitted to the screen, integrated into the mirror 3 or positioned at the back of it, for their display. The management unit 6 further comprises a control unit 62, which receives the Ci commands from a program or from the subject S or from an operator in order to activate the various elements of the system, in particular the rotation of the stool 11, the operation of the set of lighting 2 by activating the lighting units 21, 24 as a function of the subject S or of its rotational position and for displaying or not displaying by the screen the Ii images obtained from the Vi views. The control unit 6 manages the combined operation of the shooting equipment 4 and that of the background 5, which may be a background with a surface 51 provided with a particular decor 52 intended to be integrated into the one or more Ii images. The image processing unit 62 can also integrate a decor into the images it receives, the background 5 then being a neutral background. The set of lighting 2 controlled provides a fixed lighting, continuous or variable lighting of the subject S by the intensity of the lighting, the orientation of the beams on the subject and the nature of the light emitted by each of the lighting units 21-24. The set of lighting 2 is schematically represented by the separate lighting units 21-24. It can also consist of a peripheral lighting activated globally, or locally as a function of the rotational position of the subject S, i.e., the stool 11. In particular, the set of lighting is controlled to ensure that facing the mirror, in a first lighting state, the subject sees his image in the mirror and does not see the image displayed by the screen in or behind the mirror, and in a second lighting state, the subject does not see his image in the mirror, but sees the image displayed by the screen in or behind the mirror. The operation of the system 100 is ensured, by a program for an automatic operation of a shooting sequence, or the control by the subject S, which activates the rotation of the stool 11, its stopping, its direction of rotation and, if appropriate, it intervenes in the shooting by the set of lighting 2 or the shooting equipment 4 for close-up or global Vi views of the subject S in the various rotational positions of the stool 11. The control by the subject S also allows him to display, after a shooting sequence, and return of the subject to Po position, facing the mirror 3, the images li or sets of images on the screen integrated into the mirror 3 by making, for example, alternate the processed Ii images with the IMo image reflected by the mirror 3 or to display only the processed Ii images. In more detail, the location 1 is composed of a rotary stool 1 1 on which the subject S is held; it is driven in rotation on command about the axis ZZ, by a rotary group 12 driven by electric motor. The rotary stool 11 is driven by different modes of operation, usually for one revolution, for example:—continuously,—in step-by-step mode,—on one or more fixed positions, for example, different predefined angular positions considered to be particularly interesting positions such as:* front three-quarter views on either side of the median plane of the subject S,* rear three-quarter views on either side of the median plane of the subject S,* rear views of subject S,to have feature views when it is not necessary to have many intermediate views or a continuously scrolling of views. Fig. 2 schematically illustrates different positions and the organization of the shots. In principle, a sequence of shots corresponds to a rotation of the stool 11 by 360°, (for example, clockwise (CW)) in the axis system XX and YY about the vertical axis ZZ:—The axis XX is that of the Po resting position of the stool 11, facing the mirror 3,—The axis YY, for example, perpendicular to the axis XX, is that of the shooting equipment 4 and, on the opposite side, beyond the location 1, the background 5 which appears on the views,—The axis ZZ is the rotation axis of location 1. The layout of the various components of the setup in the room around the location 1 is given by way of example. For practical reasons, the camera 41 of the shooting equipment 4 is not facing the subject S in the Po resting position of the stool 11, due to the space required for the mirror 3 facing the subject S in this position. In general, as the Ii images obtained from the Vi views are intended to be viewed by the subject S installed on the stool 11 in a standing or sitting position, the height of the subject’s eyes fixes the shooting height, so that the Ii images can be displayed on the screen and can be viewed in the same way as the IMo image returned by the mirror 3. For this reason, the mirror 3 preferably has dimensions allowing to present the IMo image of the standing subject and has an appropriate height, knowing that the surface occupied by the image in the mirror 3 plane corresponds to half the total height of the subject in his standing position or in its sitting position; this rule also applies to the width. The portion 31 of the mirror 3 cannot be occupied by the equipment 4 which must be shifted from this position according to the possibilities and advantages associated therewith. In the example, the offset is 90° so that the subject S will be taken in front view only after a 90° rotation of the stool 11. This offset does not in itself have any effect on the sequences of Vi views whose shooting begins with the V90 view which is in advance of 90° with respect to the Vi 80 front view of the subject. The angle a of the stool 11 with respect to the resting position (Po) is used as an index for marking the views, for example, the V90 view is the view of the subject in the Po resting position of the location, the equipment 4 being offset by 90° (axis YY relative to Po position) of location 1. To simplify the description, it is assumed that the images are taken with an angular resolution of 1° and thus the sequence of images on one revolution will be composed of the V0-V3600 views, the index being the angle of rotation of the stool. The offset between the IMo mirror image of the subject S facing the mirror 3 at the Po resting position and the first V90 view corresponds to the offset ôa=90°. The sequence of views marked with respect to the four cardinal points Po, P90, P180, P270 of the stool, for the offset ôa, gives the following sequence of views: V90-V180-V270-V0-V89 for the views of the cardinal points of the V90-V180-V270-V0-V89 stool and the same for the intermediate views. The sequence of Vi views is processed by the processing unit 61 for a coherent display of the Ii images on the screen integrated into the mirror 3:—the Vi views are direct views which must be transformed into Fi mirror images by a left-right inversion so that, when displayed on the screen of the mirror 3, the image of the Vi Ii view has the same orientation as the IMo image of the subject S in the mirror 3. The scale of the Ii image must also be reduced to the size of the IMo image (%) of the subject S, adapted as a function of the distance between the shooting equipment 4 and the subject S. The order in the sequence is preferably brought into agreement with the scrolling of the views by correcting the offset ôa, such that the scrolling of the views facing the subject S standing on the stool 11 at the Po resting position begins with the V90 view, the section of V0-V89 views being put back behind the sequence of V90-V359 views. The Ii images obtained by the processing of the Ii views will be numbered in the order beginning with the Lo image of the V90 view which is the front view of the subject S. The scrolling of the Ii images in front of the subject S in the Po resting position can be done in the clockwise direction (CW) or in the counter-clockwise direction (CCW) continuously or on preselected angular positions. If the Ii images have sufficient resolution, the display on the screen may also benefit from a magnification option to view Ii image details. The various Ii images, which are peripheral images of the same attitude of the subject S, enable him to see or correct the layout of the parts of the garment or, in the case of an actor, to correct certain attitudes for his exercise or for images which will be used as documents. The different front views or images at three-quarter or other angles allow the most interesting images to be selected, for example, for images intended for display or printing. The movement control of the stool 11 and of the various equipment 2, 3, 4 is controlled by a remote-control unit connected to the management unit 6 and integrated into the location 11, for example, a remote control that the subject can hold or a foot control. This control can also be made by an operator or automatically by a program. The control signals transmission of the various equipment's, for example, is done by WiFi, Bluetooth or the like, or by cables or the like. The set of lighting 2 consists, for example, of lighting units 21-24 distributed around the location 1 and allowing for lighting, in a controlled manner, the intensity, the orientation and the color of the lighting of the subject S to emphasize this or that portion of the subject in its instantaneous position facing the shooting equipment 4, in order to obtain various technical effects or image qualities. The shape of the lighting of the subject S can accompany it during its rotation or can be variable according to the portion of the subject exposed to the shooting equipment 4 or be adapted to the portion of the subject shown in front of the equipment 4, in particular if a certain view is zoomed in, in order to present a portion of the garment or clothing accessories of the subject facing the equipment 4. According to Fig. 3, the mirror 3 integrating a video screen can present the mirror image alternately with the Ii images or in combination with the latter. To view alternately, the portion 31 of the mirror facing the subject S in PO position incorporates a video screen 31a; this portion 31 must then be semi-transparent. For combined viewing, the portion 31 of the mirror directly facing the subject S is limited to the surface necessary for the presentation of the image of the subject by the mirror; the mirror portions 32, 33, laterally, bordering this central portion 31 integrates a video screen 32a, 33a to display Vi views, allowing a direct comparison of the Ii images and the IMo image of the subject installed at the location 1. This allows the subject to change the attitude and the arrangement of clothing or accessories and to make a new sequence of shots for a new comparative study of the results on Ii images. For advertising images, lighting, shooting angles, zooms and other photographic effects will be modified and will allow a selection of the most appropriate views. For shooting, the background 5 may remain a neutral surface 51 and a decor 52 may be chosen and then integrated into the Vi views. With a background 5 with decor shown behind the subject, the decor will be integrated directly into the views and will allow adaptations, modifications of the decor and the subject, of these clothing and accessories directly, in the Vi views taken with the decor 52 of the background 5. The present invention finds its application in particular in the field of fitting rooms, allowing a person trying on a garment to see himself, with this garment in all directions, in gyms, in particular for bodybuilding, in the medical and / or aesthetic field and other similar applications. In particular, artificial intelligence or any other intelligence may be implemented in the mirror to create a multitude of actions and applications capable of modifying, through editors, the video stream or images displayed in any way whatsoever. The edited video streams or images of the object in front of the mirror can be viewed on the screen in real time or received at a specifically mentioned address, instantaneously or on command. These functions can be processed by all cameras installed and connected to this mirror screen. This can be one or more cameras, as required. There are also bright spots that can be installed anywhere near the mirror, so that the person looking at himself in the mirror can see himself clearly enough thanks to this light, and this light is connected to the processor and the processor controls the lighting power from a minimum to a maximum, such that the image is illuminated to a maximum, and vice versa, not very bright—such that it does not interfere with the mirror screen when it lights up; i.e., when a mirror monitor displays images, the light minimizes its lighting, and when the screen is in mirror or reflection mode, the light shines at a maximum, this minimizes the reflection on the mirror as much as possible. Near the mirror, there can be a source capable of playing broadcasting sound and audio, loud or weak, in any format, depending on the commands given by the user in front of the mirror. In addition to the one-way or semi-transparent mirror, or instead of it, it is possible to use a "smart" glass, which can also change transparency or color, while retaining its reflective properties and its perception of reflection, if necessary. Closing the shutter when stopped, of the camera, or cameras or a small shutter closing the camera lens, depending on the user command, can be replaced by smart glass that changes transparency or color, or by any other means, other possibilities to cover the lens in such a way that it is totally or partially invisible. An unlimited number of video or photo cameras, or any other source of video or multimedia, may be placed on the perimeter above, below, to the left or right of the person looking in the mirror or a single camera at the rear, without angle restriction, this allows you to broadcast / transmit the image of the person looking at himself in the mirror from all angles, on the mirror screen. This can be controlled using existing sensors or user-controlled buttons. These cameras can be attached or mounted on rails. They can also fly with propellers, a technology similar to that used by drones / quadcopters. The shooting equipment, camera, camera or the like may also be provided with an automatic zoom function that enlarges or reduces the image displayed on the screen so that the image on the mirror becomes larger or smaller. The mirror can also be equipped with a touch screen allowing to control a wide range of functions and applications. This will be made possible by any technology allowing this function to be used by touching the screen surface directly. The remote control and applications of a mobile phone could also control the functions of the mirror. The screen may also display a position in the depth of field that allows the person to see himself on the mirror screen at a different desired time and in a different location. In order to create this background or position in the depth of field, artificial intelligence capabilities or other applications can be used. A sound recording source, such as a microphone or other analog sound recording device, may be used. The sound recording source, microphone or other analog sound recording device can be used for any purpose requiring voice commands.  Any other application can be integrated into the operation of the system according to the invention. For example, using Apple Siri app (registered trademark) or Google (registered trademark) app, Chat GPT (registered trademark) or any other voice assistant will enable you to turn on or off the system, turn off lights, or any other control. They can also be used to rotate the image 360°, turn on the light or any other control that makes it easier for the person to use all the system functions. The system can be connected to the internet, use all the possibilities that the internet has, which will allow to perform all the functions available through the internet connection, functions that will allow to connect to someone, regardless of location or distance. It is also possible to install two or three other mirrors of the same model, next to or parallel to each other, or at any other location at any angle, such that, for example, in fitting rooms of clothing stores that are located next to each other and one after the other, it is possible to install mirrors that have mirror screens on both sides, or that are connected in parallel, in order to save on installation costs, two mirrors will be installed at the same time, but this is only one of the possibilities, because it is possible to install the mirrors separately. This feature will be useful in fitting rooms. These mirrors can be installed in pairs, but separated by a wall, and all mirrors can be identical or similar, have identical or similar functions and characteristics. The video or photo cameras can be powered directly by cables and the electrical network, or by batteries, and instead of cables to transmit information, they can transmit all the equipment over the air, i.e., by all possible means. This system is a processor, which allows to install any program or application and display the final result on the screen, or any other function. The one or more cameras may be equipped with one or more lights, such that, when taking videos or photos, everything the camera has captured is clearly visible. However, the one or more cameras can also be used without lighting. The video stream can be edited using various programs or artificial intelligence, such that the displayed video stream shows one of the possible results after editing the video stream, which will be displayed in real time or not. There are also one or more light sources of any type, as well as various light sources next to on / off buttons or sensors. According to one embodiment, more than one camera may be provided. On the other hand, the camera, when it is mobile, can be mounted on a drone or be carried by a third party. NOMENCLATURE OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS100 Peripheral Shooting System1 Location receiving the subject11 Rotary stool12 Rotation group2 Set of lighting21 Lighting unit22 Lighting unit23 Lighting unit24 Lighting unit3 Mirror31 Display screen4 Shooting equipment41 Camera and Bracket Control Unit42 Camera Bracket43 Camera and Bracket Control Unit5 Background51 Neutral surface52 Decor6 Management unit60 Interface61 Image Processing Unit62 Control unitS SubjectVi Views takenIi Image obtained by processing the viewsIMo Image of the subject in the mirrorIMf Fictitious ImageXX Axis of orientation of subjectYY Axis of the shooting equipmentZZ Rotation axis of the stoolCW Clockwise direction of rotationCCW Counter-clockwise direction of rotation
