Description

DESCRIPTION TITLE OF THE INVENTION:MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Field

[0001] Embodiments of the present invention relate to a management system, a management method, and a management program. Background

[0002] Conventionally, there is known a cooking assistance system that records a dish of a first-class chef by converting a cooking process into data, and enables a cook who has no cooking experience to recreate the dish.

[0003] In this cooking assistance system, a target state is defined by target parameters based on sensor data that can be measured at the time of cooking, and recipe recreation can be performed using recipe data including these pieces of data. The recipe data is stored in a center server or a recording medium of the cooking assistance system. When performing recipe recreation, the recipe recreator selects recipe data of a dish to be recreated from recipe data stored in the center server or the cooking assistance system.

[0004] In the cooking assistance system, the cooking assistance system provides navigation using images, audio, and the like to present information indicating the content of cooking operations and the like on the basis of the selected recipe data. As a result, the recipe recreator can receive instructions to add ingredients or to stir the ingredients. In addition, in the cooking assistance system, heat control or the like depending on a cooking process is automatically performed on the basis of the selected recipe data, and thus even a cook who has no cooking experience can make a dish with high reproducibility.Citation ListPatent Literature

[0014] (Overview of Management of Recreation Rights) First, an overview of management of the right to use recipe data (recreation rights) will be described. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram illustrating an overview of management of recreation rights using a management system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0015] As illustrated in FIG. 1, in the management system 1, a creator who performs cooking recording using a cooking assistance system 10 is denoted as Creator H1. In FIG. 1, the Creator H1 is an individual, but a group, a corporation, or the like can also be registered as a creator. Recorded cooking data in which the cooking process is recorded by the Creator H1 using a cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R is stored in a center server 20 as recipe data.

[0016] Specifically, the Creator H1 creates a recipe of a dish and performs recording cooking using the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R. As in the illustrated example, the Creator H1 performs recording cooking using the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R as indicated by the arrows, thereby generating recipe data. The recipe data includes recorded cooking data recording the cooking process performed by the Creator H1. The recipe data including the recorded cooking data is transmitted from the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R to the center server 20 as indicated by the arrow and managed in the center server 20.

[0017] The recipe data of various dishes is managed by the center server 20. As described later, the recorded cooking data included in the recipe data is data including time-series data of sensor data measured in each step of the recording cooking performed by the Creator H1 in accordance with the recipe. Note that a dish refers to a product obtained through cooking. Cooking refers to a process of making a dish or an action (work) of making a dish.

[0018] A recipe recreator H2 can recreate the dish provided by the Creator H1 using a cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P installed in a restaurant, a cloud kitchen, an apartment lounge, or the like on the basis of the recipe data stored in the center server 20.

[0019] Specifically, the recipe data managed by the center server 20 is transmitted to the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P as indicated by the arrow and used for recreation of the dish. In the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, cooking of each step is performed in accordance with the recipe data, and the dish created by the Creator H1 is recreated. Cooking in the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P is performed in such a manner as to reproduce each step of the recording cooking on the basis of the recorded cooking data included in the recipe data.

[0020] In this manner, recording cooking is performed on the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R side. The cooking performed on the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P side is recipe recreation that recreates the dish. The cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R is a device having a function of recording cooking, and the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P is a device having a function of recipe recreation. In the case where there is no need to distinguish the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R and the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, they are collectively referred to as the cooking assistance system 10.

[0021] Here, in the management system 1, a blockchain server 30 tokenizes the recipe data including the recorded cooking data in which the cooking process is recorded into a Non Fungible Token (NFT). Specifically, the management system 1 issues a creator's certificate to the Creator H1 by making the recipe data an NFT by giving a distinguishable identifier. Then, in a blockchain of the blockchain server 30, the management system 1 registers (sets) and manages the transaction history of the NFT-tokenized recipe data, namely, right information regarding the recreation rights.

[0022] As described above, in the case where recreation rights are set to the NFT-tokenized recipe data, a consumer H3 presents proof information (such as consumption records that certify consumption at a designated business establishment and position information of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and the like) used for granting the recreation rights via a portable terminal 40 or the like. The blockchain server 30 collates the proof information presented by the consumer H3 with the recreation rights set in the NFT-tokenized recipe data, and notifies the center server 20 whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the collation result. The center server 20 outputs the stored recipe data to the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P on the basis of the notification from the blockchain server 30.

[0023] As a result, the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P can perform recipe recreation by the recipe data of the Creator H1. In addition, in the management system 1, by determining the use of the recipe data on the basis of the position information, for example, by consuming the recreated dish provided by the recipe recreator H2, the consumer H3 of the recreated dish can also obtain the recreation rights. In addition, without using the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, the consumer H3 can obtain the recreation rights through the consumption experience of the corresponding dish in the business establishment managed by the Creator H1.

[0024] (Cooking Assistance System) As the cooking assistance system 10, it is possible to use a system similar to the systems described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2021-168046 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2022-048036 filed by the present applicant. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a specific configuration example of the cooking assistance system 10.

[0025] The cooking assistance system 10 is a so-called smart cooking appliance. The cooking assistance system 10 assists thermal cooking using cooking utensils such as a pot or a frying pan. Note that cooking utensils include utensils handled by a cook, such as a pot, a frying pan, or a spatula. Cooking equipment also includes an electrically driven device such as an induction cooktop in addition to the cooking utensils.

[0026] The cooking assistance system 10 is configured by connecting a liquid crystal tablet 121, a speaker 122, a camera 123, a microphone 124, an environment measuring instrument 125, and a router 126 to an induction cooktop 111. Each device is connected to the induction cooktop 111 by wired communication or wireless communication such as wireless Local Area Network (LAN).

[0027] The induction cooktop 111 is an induction cooker, and heats a cooking utensil 112 such as a pot or a frying pan. Hereinafter, the description will be mainly given on the premise that the cooking utensil 112 is a pot.

[0028] As illustrated in a balloon of FIG. 2, the induction cooktop 111 incorporates a processor 131, a temperature sensor 132, a pressure sensor 133, an acoustic sensor 134, and a storage 135. The processor 131 and the storage 135 may be mounted on an external computer connected to the induction cooktop 111.

[0029] The processor 131 is an arithmetic unit that performs heat control of the cooking utensil 112. For example, the processor 131 corresponds to a processor unit 101 in FIG. 4. The processor 131 controls each device included in the cooking assistance system 10 and communicates with an external device, the server 127, or the like. Communication with the server 127 is performed via the router 126.

[0030] In addition, the processor 131 detects an operation of the cook input using an input user interface (UI) device such as the liquid crystal tablet 121 and the microphone 124. The processor 131 also controls photographing by the camera 123, and the like.

[0031] The temperature sensor 132 measures the temperature of the pot or the temperature of the food item being cooked in the pot. In this case, the pot serves as a heating medium, and the ingredient in the pot is the food item being cooked and the food item to be heated. As the temperature sensor 132, for example, a radiation thermometer (infrared sensor) having good responsiveness and capable of performing non-contact measurement is used. Both the temperature of the pot and the temperature of the food item being cooked may be measured by the temperature sensor 132.

[0032] The pressure sensor 133 measures the weight of the food item being cooked in the pot. For example, a force gauge is used as the pressure sensor 133. The pressure sensor 133 is provided, for example, under the top plate of the induction cooktop 111.

[0033] The acoustic sensor 134 detects various sounds during cooking, such as a sound made by a food item being cooked and a sound made by a pot.

[0034] The temperature sensor 132, the pressure sensor 133, and the acoustic sensor 134 constitute a sensor unit 105 in FIG. 4. As a variation of the physical configuration, sensor devices such as the temperature sensor 132 and the pressure sensor 133 may be built in the pot that is the heating medium.

[0035] The storage 135 records data used by the processor 131 for various processes. The storage 135 corresponds to a storage unit 103 in FIG. 4.

Various pieces of information are presented to a cook (Creator H1 or recipe recreator H2) by using the liquid crystal tablet 121. Instead of the liquid crystal tablet 121, a UI device such as a display and a mouse may be used.

[0038] The speaker 122 outputs audio guidance used for navigation. A liquid crystal tablet with a built-in speaker may be used instead of the speaker 122. A operation and display unit 106 in FIG. 4 is configured by the liquid crystal tablet 121 and the speaker 122.

[0039] The camera 123 captures an image of the state of the food item being cooked in the pot. For example, the camera 123 is installed above the induction cooktop 111 with the angle of view facing the pot. The video captured by the camera 123 is transmitted to the processor 131 in real time. As the camera 123, for example, a normal visible light camera is used. Not only the visible light camera but also a thermographic camera and a hyperspectral camera can also be installed as the camera 123.

[0040] The microphone 124 detects the voice of the cook. Various inputs by the cook are performed by voice. The cook can operate the cooking assistance system 10 by speaking into the microphone 124. The cooking assistance system 10 also has a speech recognition function. The microphone 124 is also a device included in the sensor unit 105 in FIG. 4.

[0103] (Operation of Cooking Assistance System) FIG. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an operation example of the management system 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 8 illustrates an example of processing of creating recipe data for recording cooking, NFT-tokenizing the created recipe data, and registering the recipe data in the blockchain.

[0104] Note that the timing of registration on the blockchain is not necessarily the timing indicated by this flow. For example, the processing of S14 to S23 may be performed at any timing for the stored recipe data.

[0105] As illustrated in FIG. 8, the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R receives an input of basic information regarding a recipe by an operation or the like of the operation and display unit 106 (S10). The basic information received here includes the ingredients and amounts of the ingredients used in the recipe, and information about the creator who has created the recipe (attributes and business establishment). Note that the ingredients used in the recipe may include detailed information for purchasing the ingredients, such as the product name.

[0106] Next, in the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R, recording cooking is performed using the processor unit 101-2 and the like when the Creator H1 cooks (S11). Next, in the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R, the processor unit 101-4 creates recipe data describing the content of the recording cooking and notifies the center server 20 of the recipe data.

[0107] The center server 20 stores the recipe data obtained by the recording cooking of the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R in the storage unit 203 (S13). At this point, the center server 20 also acquires the video information of the cooking captured by the camera 123 at the time of recording cooking together with the recipe data, and stores the video information in the storage unit 203 (S17).

[0108] The processor unit 201-1 notifies the blockchain server 30 of the recipe data stored in the center server 20. The blockchain server 30 protects the notified recipe data by using blockchain technology for managing the data transaction history as a ledger in a distributed manner.

[0109] Specifically, upon receiving the notification of the recipe data from the center server 20, the processor unit 301-1 of the blockchain server 30 starts managing the recipe data on the blockchain (S14).

[0110] Specifically, the processor unit 301-1 of the blockchain server 30 generates an NFT of the recipe data of which notification has been received, and assigns a distinguishable identifier to the recipe data (NFT-tokenization) (S15).

[0111] Next, the communication unit 302 of the blockchain server 30 issues the storage unit 303-3 related to the recipe data on the basis of the provided identifier (S16).

[0112] Next, the processor unit 301-1 of the blockchain server 30 associates the video information captured at the time of cooking of the recipe data with the NFT-tokenized recipe data (S18).

[0113] Next, the processor unit 201-1 of the center server 20 starts processing of registering proof information for granting the recreation rights for the NFT-tokenized recipe data (S19).

[0114] Specifically, when generating the recipe data for the recording cooking, the processor unit 201-1 associates the GPS information (position information) acquired from the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R with the NFT-tokenized recipe data as one piece of the proof information for granting the recreation rights (S21). Note that the position information to be associated as one piece of the proof information for granting the recreation rights is not limited to the GPS information acquired from the cooking assistance system (recording side) 10R, and may be, for example, position information set by the user as desired.

[0115] Furthermore, the processor unit 201-1 associates the QR code issued corresponding to the NFT-tokenized recipe data with the NFT-tokenized recipe data as one piece of the proof information for granting the recreation rights (S22).

[0116] Note that the proof information associated with the NFT-tokenized recipe data by the processor unit 201-1 is not limited to the above example. For example, the processor unit 201-1 may associate the creator information included in the basic information of the recipe in S10 with the NFT-tokenized recipe data as one piece of the proof information. Furthermore, the processor unit 201-1 may associate information of the ingredients of the recipe included in the basic information of the recipe in S10 with the NFT-tokenized recipe data as one piece of the proof information.

[0117] In the case where the Creator H1 or the business operator of the center server 20 or the blockchain server 30 desires to set limitations regarding recipe recreators, the number of times of recipe recreation, and the like for the recipe recreation using the recipe data, the center server or the cooking assistance system registers the proof information for granting the recreation rights. As a result, in the management system 1, the recreation rights can be granted only to a recipe recreator who owns the proof information.

[0118] For example, in the case where the Creator H1 grants the recreation rights only to a person who has consumed the dish at a restaurant where the Creator H1 serves as a cook, the location information of the business establishment is registered as the proof information for granting the recreation rights. In this case, GPS information or the like of the registered business establishment is associated with the NFT. In the case where it is assumed that a plurality of business establishments operates at an event venue, not only the position information but also a QR code or the like scheduled to be installed in each business establishment may be registered. Furthermore, the Creator H1, a business operator, or the like having a creator's certificate can add, modify, or delete the proof information of the recreation rights at any timing via the processor unit 201-2.

[0119] FIG. 9 is a flowchart illustrating an operation example of the management system 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 9 illustrates an example of processing in which the recipe recreator H2 and the consumer H3 obtain the recreation rights.

[0120] In the processing example illustrated in FIG. 9, it is based on the premise that the recipe recreator H2 and the consumer H3 obtain the recreation rights of the target recipe via the portable terminal 40. As illustrated in FIG. 9, the processor unit 401-4 of the portable terminal 40 transmits the storage unit 403-1 indicating that the dish of the target recipe has been consumed to the blockchain server 30 (S31). Furthermore, the processor unit 401-4 transmits the storage unit 403-3 indicating the location where the dish of the target recipe has been consumed to the blockchain server 30 (S32).

[0121] In addition, in the case where the consumer H3 obtains the recreation rights, the processor unit 401-4 presents identification information (user ID number) of the user (consumer H3) to the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P of the recipe recreator H2 (S33). The processor unit 101-1 of the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P notifies the blockchain server 30 of the recreation information (the position information indicating the location of recreation) of the target recipe recreated by the Creator H1 together with the presented user ID number (S34). As a result, the blockchain server 30 can determine whether or not the recreation rights are granted by comparing the storage unit 403-3 at the location where the consumer H3 has consumed the dish with the location where the target recipe has been recreated.

[0122] Furthermore, the center server 20 may transmit the proof information of the target recipe to the blockchain server 30, and receive the recreation information (recipe data) of the target recipe from the blockchain server 30 (S35).

[0123] The blockchain server 30 collects the proof information in response to a notification from an external device (the portable terminal 40, the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, the center server 20, and the like) (S30). Next, the processor unit 301-3 of the blockchain server 30 compares the collected proof information with the proof information associated with the target recipe on the blockchain. On the basis of the comparison result, the processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not the collected proof information allows the recreation rights to be granted (S36).

[0124] Specifically, the processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not at least one of the creator information, the position information (for example, consumption location), and the code information (for example, QR code) included in the collected proof information matches that included in the proof information associated with the target recipe.

[0125] In addition, the processor unit 301-3 may determine whether or not the position information notified from portable terminal 40 and recreation location information, which is notified from the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P and indicates a location where the NFT-tokenized recipe data has been recreated, match each other.

[0126] If they do not match each other in S36 (No), the processor unit 301-3 of the blockchain server 30 does not grant the recreation rights (S40). If they match each other (S36: Yes), the processor unit 301-3 grants the recreation rights of the target recipe.

[0127] Specifically, the processor unit 301-3 sets the number of times of use and the period of use of the recreation rights on the basis of the storage unit 303-7 (S37). Next, the processor unit 301-3 registers the information regarding the set recreation rights in the blockchain, and grants the recreation rights of the recipe data (S38). Next, the processor unit 301-3 notifies the portable terminal 40 that the recreation rights have been granted for the target recipe (S39).

[0128] Note that, in the case where the processor unit 301-3 has received the identification information (user ID number) of the user (the consumer H3), the processor unit 301-3 may set a user ID number as a user who can use the recipe data.

[0129] In the management system 1, the case where the recreation rights are obtained as the consumer H3 may be distinguished depending on whether or not the user ID number is set. For example, in the case where the consumer H3 of the recipe recreator H2 obtains the recreation rights, the consumer H3 can be a recipe recreator H2. In such a case, the number of holders of the recreation rights increases in a cascading manner, and the rights of the Creator H1 of the target recipe may be damaged. On the other hand, it is possible to prevent the number of holders of the recreation rights from increasing in a cascading manner by not granting the recreation rights in the case where a consumer H3 having a user ID number set performs the recipe recreation.

[0130] In the case where the Creator H1 or the business operator of the center server 20 or the blockchain server 30 sets that the recreation rights are granted by consumption at a specific business establishment, the recipe recreator H2 sends the menu of dishes that has been consumed and the location information (GPS information) of the business establishment to the blockchain server 30 from the portable terminal 40 as the proof information of the grant of the recreation rights when the recipe recreator H2 consumes dishes at the specific business establishment. Thus, the recipe recreator H2 can obtain the recreation rights of the target recipe. Recreation rights management information such as the number of reproducible times and the reproducible period is set in the recreation rights.

[0131] The proof information of the recreation rights such as the menu of the dish consumed and the location information of the business establishment can be obtained from a bar code or a QR code printed on a receipt issued by the business establishment, a QR code installed in the business establishment or the menu, date and time information and position information (such as the GPS information) of the portable terminal 40 owned by the consumer, and the like.

[0132] In addition, in the case where a business operator or the like serves a recreated dish using the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P at a chain store, an event venue, or the like, and grants recreation rights to the consumer, the recreation rights can be granted by associating an ID of service use possessed by the consumer with recreation information of the cooking assistance system, and sending the ID and the recreation information to the block chain server. At that point, as the location information, GPS information mounted on the cooking assistance system may be used.

[0133] FIG. 10 is a flowchart illustrating an operation example of the management system 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, FIG. 10 illustrates an example of processing in the case where the recipe recreator H2 uses recreation rights to serve a recreated dish.

[0134] As illustrated in FIG. 10, the recipe recreator H2 operates the operation and display unit 106 of the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, refers to the storage unit 203-1 stored in the center server 20, searches for a recipe that the recipe recreator H2 desires to recreate (S50), and selects recipe recreation (S51).

[0135] In the case where recreation rights are set for the recipe recreation, the processor unit 401-4 notifies the blockchain server 30 of a recreation rights use request for the target menu on the basis of a request operation requesting use of the recreation rights for the target menu by the recipe recreator H2 (S52). The recreation rights use request for the target menu includes, for example, identification information indicating the target menu, identification information indicating the user, position information of the portable terminal 40, and the like.

[0136] The processor unit 301-3 receives the use request for the recreation rights from portable terminal 40 (S53), and determines whether or not to permit the recipe recreation with reference to the information regarding the recreation rights of the target menu (S54).

[0137] Specifically, the processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not to permit recipe recreation on the basis of whether or not there is a remaining number of times of use of the target recipe included in the information regarding the recreation rights. The processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not recipe recreation is permitted on the basis of whether or not the period for using the target recipe included in the information regarding the recreation rights satisfies the condition. In addition, the processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not to permit recipe recreation on the basis of whether or not the position information of the portable terminal 40 satisfies the condition of the location where the target recipe is used included in the information regarding the recreation rights. The processor unit 301-3 determines whether or not recipe recreation is permitted on the basis of whether or not the identification information indicating the user matches the user identification information included in the information regarding the recreation rights.

[0138] If recipe recreation is not permitted (S54: No), the processor unit 301-3 determines to stop the recipe recreation (S55), and notifies the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P that the recipe recreation is not permitted. As a result, the management system 1 does not perform the recipe recreation using the recipe data.

[0139] If recipe recreation is permitted (S54: Yes), the processor unit 301-3 notifies the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P of permission of the recipe recreation. As a result, in the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, recipe recreation on the basis of the recipe data is performed (S56), and a dish recreated from the recipe data is served (S57).

[0140] The center server 20 that has received a notification after completion of the recipe recreation (notification of use of the recipe data) updates the recreation count data of the target recipe (S58). Similarly, the processor unit 301-5 of the blockchain server 30 that has received the notification after the completion of the recipe recreation updates the storage unit 303-7 for the target recipe for which the notification of use has been given. Specifically, the processor unit 301-5 reduces the number of times of use included in the storage unit 303-7 depending on the number of times of use for which a notification has been received.

[0141] In this manner, the recipe recreator H2 selects a dish that the recipe recreator H2 desires to recreate from recipe data on the center server 20 through the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P. In the case where recreation rights are set in the recipe data, the recipe recreator H2 issues a request for use of the recreation rights to the blockchain server 30 via the portable terminal 40. After receiving the request for use of the recreation rights, the blockchain server 30 confirms that the number of reproducible times, the reproducible period, and the like are within the available range, and in the case where there is no problem, recipe recreation can be performed using the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P.

[0142] In addition, upon completion of the process of the recipe recreation, the storage unit 303-7 such as the number of reproducible times on the blockchain server is updated. Furthermore, since the recipe recreation is performed using the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, it is also possible to newly grant the recreation rights to a person who has consumed the recreated dish. At this point, the location where the recipe recreation has been performed may be registered in the center server 20 through the business operator, and the location where the recipe recreation has been performed may be used as the proof information about the grant of the recreation rights.

[0143] The location where the recipe recreation is performed is not limited to a restaurant or a kitchen studio, but may be an apartment lounge, a shared house, an exhibition hall, a conference room, a classroom, a camp site, or the like where the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P is installed.

[0144] Furthermore, a recreation condition depending on the proof information can be set for the recreation rights. In the case where the recipe recreator obtains the recreation rights by consumption at a specific business establishment, it is also possible to set such that recreation for four persons can be performed in the case of use by one person, and recreation for ten persons can be performed in the case of use by three family members. Examples of the recreation conditions include the number of reproducible times, the reproducible period, the recreation amount at one time of recipe recreation, and the location where the recipe recreation is performed.

[0145] By using the management system 1 of the present disclosure, the Creator H1 can permit recreation only in an area away from the Creator H1's own business establishment, and thus, it is also possible to suppress a decrease in the number of guests in the restaurant that has provided the recipe.

[0146] As the proof information of the grant of the recreation rights, in addition to the GPS, a bar code or a QR code printed on a receipt issued by the business establishment, a QR code installed in the business establishment or a menu, a photograph of the business establishment taken from a specific position (with date information), a two-shot photograph with a registered clerk, a photograph of oneself consuming the registered dish, and a receipt for purchase of a gift (with a date) may be used. Furthermore, the recreation rights may be granted not only to consumption at a restaurant or an event venue, but also to a purchase record at a regional specialty fair, a local specialty store, a department store, or the like, a cumulative purchase record of a specific ingredient, an entrance record at a fan event, a visit history to a designated location (completion of a stamp rally), and the like.

[0147] In addition, since the recreation rights themselves are managed as an NFT on the blockchain server, it is possible to trade the recreation rights, and management transfer is managed as a transaction history on the blockchain.

[0148] (Modifications) In the management system 1 of the present disclosure, not only the recreation rights but also a discount ticket and the like can be provided to the recipe recreator H2 and the consumer H3 of the recreated dish through the recipe recreation or consumption experience in the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P. After the recipe recreation in the cooking assistance system (recreation side) 10P, the recipe recreator H2 can obtain an incentive such as a discount ticket or points by transmitting a recreation completion report to the blockchain server 30. Furthermore, the consumer of the recreated dish can obtain an incentive such as a discount ticket with the recipe recreator H2 transmitting recreated dish consumer information and / or the consumer of the recreated dish transmitting a recreated dish review information to the blockchain server 30. In addition, recreation rights of a menu before being served in a business establishment may be granted, and a recipe recreator may obtain an incentive such as a discount ticket by feeding back information obtained when the recipe recreator has served the dish to friends or others.

[0149] Examples of the incentive to be provided include a discount ticket or points that can be used in the restaurant of the Creator H1, a discount ticket or points that can be used for travelling to a specific region, and a discount ticket or points for purchasing a specific ingredient.

[0150] The management system 1 may be applied to a restaurant franchise. For example, a franchisor (head office) may manage the use of recreation rights in a franchisee (member store) with respect to created recipe data.

[0151] (Effects) As described above, in the management system 1, the blockchain server 30 records recipe data including recorded cooking data in which a cooking process is recorded, and registers and manages right information regarding the rights to use the recipe data with respect to the recipe data that has been recorded. As a result, the management system 1 can manage the rights to use the recipe data.

[0152] In addition, in the case where there is a use request for the recipe data via the portable terminal 40 or the like, the management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the registered right information. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the registered right information.

[0153] In addition, in the case where the use of the recipe data is notified in response to the use request for the recipe data, the management system 1 updates the right information in response to the notification of the use. As a result, the management system 1 can update the right information depending on the use of the recipe data.

[0154] The right information includes user identification information indicating a user who uses the recipe data. The management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of a collation result between the user identification information notified in response to the use request for the recipe data and the user identification information included in the right information. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the user identification information.

[0155] The right information includes the number of times of use of the recipe data. The management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the number of times of use included in the right information when the use request for the recipe data is made. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the number of times of use of the recipe data.

[0156] The right information includes a period during which the recipe data is used. The management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the period of use included in the right information when the use request for the recipe data is made. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the period of use of the recipe data.

[0157] The right information includes the location of use of the recipe data. The management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of a collation result between the location where the use request for the recipe data is made and the location of use included in the right information. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the location of use of the recipe data.

[0158] The right information includes code information for identifying the recipe data. The management system 1 notifies whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of a collation result between the code information notified in response to the use request for the recipe data and the code information included in the right information. As a result, the management system 1 can manage whether or not the recipe data is used on the basis of the code information for identifying the recipe data.

[0159] In addition, the management system 1 registers video information obtained by capturing the cooking process in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, the management system 1 can manage the recorded recipe data in association with the video information obtained by capturing the cooking process.

[0160] In addition, the management system 1 notifies video information registered in association with the recipe data when the recipe data is notified in response to the use request for the recorded recipe data. As a result, the management system 1 can recreate cooking on the basis of the video information along with the recipe data.

[0161] In addition, the management system 1 registers position information indicating the location of cooking in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, the management system 1 can manage the recorded recipe data in association with the position information indicating the location of cooking.

[0162] In addition, the management system 1 registers right information in a case where position information notified together with a registration request for the right information matches the position information registered in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, in the management system 1, the right information can be registered on the basis of the position information, and for example, the right information can be prevented from being registered when the position information does not match.

[0163] In addition, the management system 1 registers right information in a case where position information notified together with a registration request for the right information matches recreation location information indicating the location where the recorded recipe data has been recreated. As a result, the management system 1 can register the right information regarding the use of the recipe data in response to a request from a person at the location where the NFT-tokenized recipe data is recreated.

[0164] In addition, the management system 1 registers issued code information in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, the management system 1 can manage the recorded recipe data in association with the code information.

[0165] In addition, the management system 1 registers right information in a case where code information notified together with a registration request for the right information matches the code information registered in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, in the management system 1, the right information can be registered on the basis of the code information, and for example, the right information can be prevented from being registered when the code information does not match.

[0166] In addition, the management system 1 registers creator information related to the creator of the recipe data in association with the recorded recipe data. As a result, the management system 1 can manage the recorded recipe data in association with the creator information.

As a result, in the management system 1, the right information can be registered on the basis of the creator information, and for example, the right information can be prevented from being registered in the case where there is no notification of the creator information.

[0168] In addition, the management system 1 tokenizes the recipe data into a Non Fungible Token (NFT), and registers the right information in the blockchain for the NFT-tokenized recipe data. In the management system 1, falsification of the right information can be prevented by managing the right information in the blockchain for the NFT-tokenized recipe data.

[0169] (Others) The above-described series of processing can be executed by hardware or software. In the case where the series of processing is executed by software, a program included in the software is installed from a program recording medium to a computer incorporated in dedicated hardware, a general-purpose personal computer, or the like.

[0170] (Hardware Configuration Example) The information devices (the cooking assistance system 10, the center server 20, the blockchain server 30, and the portable terminal 40) in the management system 1 described above are implemented by a computer 1000 having a configuration as illustrated in FIG. 11, for example. FIG. 11 is a hardware configuration diagram illustrating an example of a computer. The computer 1000 includes a CPU 1100, a RAM 1200, a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1300, a Solid State Drive (SSD) 1400, a communication interface 1500, and an input and output interface 1600. The units of the computer 1000 are connected by a bus 1050.

[0171] The CPU 1100 operates on the basis of a program stored in the ROM 1300 or the SSD 1400, and controls each unit. For example, the CPU 1100 loads the program stored in the ROM 1300 or the SSD 1400 in the RAM 1200, and executes processing corresponding to various programs.

[0172] The ROM 1300 stores a boot program such as a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) executed by the CPU 1100 when the computer 1000 is activated, a program depending on hardware of the computer 1000, and the like.

[0173] The SSD 1400 is a recording medium that the computer 1000 can read and non-transiently records a program executed by the CPU 1100, data used by the program, and the like. Specifically, the SSD 1400 is a recording medium that records a communication program according to the present disclosure, which is an example of program data 1450. The SSD 1400 may be another non-transitory recording medium such as a Hard Disk Drive (HDD).

[0174] The communication interface 1500 is an interface for the computer 1000 to connect to an external network 1550 (for example, the Internet). For example, the CPU 1100 receives data from another device or transmits data generated by the CPU 1100 to another device via the communication interface 1500.

[0175] The input and output interface 1600 is an interface for connecting an input and output device 1650 and the computer 1000. For example, the CPU 1100 receives data from an input device such as a touch panel, a keyboard, a mouse, a microphone, or a camera via the input and output interface 1600. In addition, the CPU 1100 transmits data to an output device such as a display, a speaker, or a printer via the input and output interface 1600. Furthermore, the input and output interface 1600 may function as a media interface that reads a program or the like recorded in a predetermined recording medium (medium). The medium is, for example, an optical recording medium such as a Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) or a Phase change rewritable Disk (PD), a magneto-optical recording medium such as a Magneto-Optical disk (MO), a tape medium, a magnetic recording medium, a semiconductor memory, or the like.

[0176] For example, in the case where the computer 1000 functions as the cooking assistance system 10, the center server 20, the blockchain server 30, or the portable terminal 40 according to the embodiment, the CPU 1100 of the computer 1000 executes a communication program loaded on the RAM 1200 to implement the functions of the processor unit and the like. In addition, the SSD 1400 stores the communication program according to the present disclosure and data in the RAM 1200. Note that the CPU 1100 reads the program data 1450 from the SSD 1400 and executes the program data, but as another example, these programs may be acquired from another device via the external network 1550.

[0177] In the present disclosure, a system refers to a set of a plurality of components (devices, modules (parts), etc.) regardless of whether or not all the components are housed inside the same housing. Therefore, a plurality of devices housed in separate housings but connected via a network and one device in which a plurality of modules is housed in one housing are both systems.
