Claims

1. Compound according to formula (I): (FORMULA 1), or its stereoisomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, solvate, or characterized in that R 1 is selected from the group consisting of H, C(R 11 R 12 R 13 ), C(=O)R 11 , -C(=NR 14 )R 11 ; R 11 is selected from the group consisting of H, and C1-6 alkyl; R 12 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl, and C1-6 alkyl substituted with a substituent from the group consisting of -SR 8 , -OR 9 , -C(=O)OR 9 , -NR 9 R 10 , -SO2NR 9 R 10 , -SO2R 8 ; R 13 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl, aryl, -SR 8 , -OR 9 , -NR 9 R 10 , -SO2R 8 , nitro, -C(=O)NR 9 R 10 , and C1-6 alkyl substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of -SR 8 , -C(=O)NR 9 R 10 , -SO2NR 9 R 10 , -SO2R 8 , nitro, cyano, -OR 9 , -C(=O)OR 9 , -NR 9 C(=NR 14 )NR 9 R 10 ; wherein when R 13 is OH or NH2 and R 12 is methyl then R 11 cannot be H and when R 13 is NH2 and R 12 is methyl then R 11 cannot be methyl;and where R 13 is OH and R 12 is methyl, then R 11 cannot be methyl, and where R 13 is NH2 and R 12 is H, then R 11 cannot be H; R 14 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl, -OR 9 ; R 2 , R 3 are H; R 4 is -OR 9 , R 5 is H; R6, R7 are selected independently from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C3-10 cycloalkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, C1-6 alkyloxy-C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkyl substituted with aryl, C1-6 alkyl substituted with heteroaryl, C1-6 alkyl substituted with heterocyclyl, or NR6. R7 is NO2 or R6, R7 together with the N atom to which they are attached can form a saturated or unsaturated heterocyclic ring having 3 to 12 ring atoms, where 1 ring atom is N and 0, 1, 2, or 3 additional ring atoms are selected from N, S, and O, the remainder of the ring atoms being C;where the alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, alkyloxy or the heterocyclic ring formed by R 6 , R 7 together with the N atom to which they are attached is optionally substituted with a substituent selected from the group consisting of C1-6 alkyl, C3-8 cycloalkyl, C1-6 alkyloxy, -NR 9 R 10 , carbonyl, -C(=O)OR 9 -, halogen atom, C1-6 halo-substituted alkyl, C1-6 alkyloxy-C1-6 alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, C1-6 aryl-substituted alkyl, cyano, hydroxyl, -SR 8 -, -SO2R 8 -, SO2NR 9 R 10 , -C(=O)NR 9 R 10 , C1-6 alkyl substituted with hydroxyl; R8 is selected from the group consisting of H, C1-6 alkyl; R9, R10 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, and C1-6 alkyl; L is C1-6 alkyl; M is selected from the group consisting of aryl, heteroaryl, C2-4 alkenyl; G is -C≡C-; Y is aryl; and X is -C(=O)-. 5 Claims follow;
