Claims
1. Albumin nanoparticles for the aqueous solubilization of lipophilic compounds of the flavonoid family, characterized in that said albumin nanoparticles comprise chrysin at a concentration of between 3.6 and 6.9 µg of chrysin per mg of albumin, a size of between 5 and 30 nm, a surface charge of between -9 and -12 mV, and a chrysin charging efficiency of between 10 and 90%. Five claims follow.
