Claims

This disclosure relates to a method for preparing lysine, which monitors the ammonia nitrogen in a medium and the pH in real time, and accordingly, introduces sources of carbon dioxide and / or nitrogen, significantly improving the concentration of lysine while reducing the concentration of by-products, and improving the purity of the fermentation and improving the quality of the lysine granules.
