A PIPE DEFLECTOR ELBOW FOR TRANSPORTING A MULTIPHASE FLOW MEDIUM

Claims

A pipe deflector elbow for conveying a multiphase flow medium. The pipe deflector elbow comprises: a first pipe section having a first centerline; a second pipe section having a second centerline, wherein the first centerline and the second centerline jointly define a first plane; and a curved connecting pipe section connecting the first pipe section to the second pipe section. The curved connecting pipe section comprises: a first curved portion connected to the first pipe section, wherein the first curved portion has a first centerline; and a second curved portion connected to the second pipe section and the first curved portion, wherein the second curved portion has a second centerline. The second centerline is deflected out of the first plane, and wherein the first centerline and the second centerline do not intersect.
