Claims

IL-23-binding proteins (e.g. antibodies) and methods of use, including methods for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease) comprising administering IL-23-binding proteins.

1. An IL-23 binding protein comprising a heavy chain variable domain (VH) comprising the complementarity-determining regions: CDR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No. 3; CDR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No. 4; and CDR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No.

5.

37. An isolated nucleic acid encoding an IL-23 binding protein of any of claims 1-36.

38. An expression vector comprising the isolated nucleic acid of claim 37.

39. A host cell comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 37 or the expression vector of claim 38.

40. A composition comprising an IL-23 binding protein of any of claims 1-36 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
