Claims

Installation for the early detection of gas leaks, fire, smoke, and CO emissions, with selective activation of power and gas supply shutoff, selectively introducing an oxygen stream and air injection, with the emission of alarm signals. It includes sensors (1) capable of sensing the presence of CO in the environment, the presence of smoke, fire, and gas leaks. These sensors are continuously active, constantly analyzing the respective concentration of CO, gas, and smoke 24 / 7, within a predetermined safety threshold, sending the signal to a general control unit (6), which stores the signal in a memory (5) and compares the received signal with the predetermined danger value; if the received signal value is lower than the threshold value, it returns the signal to the sensor in a closed and continuous loop;When the sensor detects a critical level equal to or greater than the threshold value stored in memory, the control unit sends a signal to a process control circuit, which simultaneously sends an activation notification signal via app / WiFi, and at the same time selectively activates, based on the encoding of the received alarm signal, the wireless switch that starts the air extraction fans, the oxygen emission into the environment, activates an audible alarm and activates the closure of the gas shut-off valve; the activation signals emitted by the control unit being selectively executable based on the alarm signal received.
