Claims
The powder composition comprising 50-95% by weight of milk proteins and 0.1-2.5% by weight of milk mineral concentrate as a fluidizing agent, which is essentially free of silicon-based powders.
8. The process for preparing a powder composition according to any of the preceding claims, wherein a powdered milk protein concentrate or isolate comprising 60-95% by weight of protein is combined with powdered milk mineral concentrate.
