This kneading machine has two plates with adjustable separation. This plate, which moves to vary the distance between them, has multiple petal-like sections that move away from the plate to adjust to the volume of the dough ball. These petal-like sections are contained within a spiral-shaped mechanism through which the dough ball is moved during the kneading process, from the periphery of the plate to the center. There, a central hole allows the dough ball to fall through once the kneading process is complete. Essentially, it takes prepared dough, already divided into a specific weight, and kneads it into balls. These balls can vary in weight and volume depending on the desired dough fraction, thus ensuring continuity in the kneading process. From the dough to the final product, which is the dough ball of desired dimensions, passing through a single mechanical component that, according to its adjustable separation between kneading plates, allows for the production of dough balls of different weights without modifying the machine by adding or removing components. It is characterized by being comprised of a frame containing the flat plate driven by an electric motor with its corresponding central through-hole, the frame with its corresponding hinge link that contains the bell-shaped plate, and at its upper part, the plurality of threaded bushings with their corresponding pinions linked to it by bearings. In turn, the bell-shaped plate has a plurality of through-holes, with the frame body above the bell-shaped plate and the platform containing the spiral-shaped forming element below.where the Platform and the Frame Body are linked together by a plurality of Spacers that pass through the plurality of through holes, also the Frame Body and the Platform are linked together by means of a plurality of Threaded Bolts, where they pass through the Threaded Bushings with their corresponding sprockets, plus another sprocket linked to the Crank Shaft and the Chain that links all the sprockets, with its corresponding chain tensioner, finally it is complemented by the Petal-Type shapes located in such a way that they constitute a path in the shape of a within the Spiral-Type Shape on its mounting Platform.
