SOLID FORMULATION

Claims

The present invention relates to a solid composition comprising (1) flonicamide, (2) at least one lignosulfonate and / or at least one alkylyl sulfonate, and (3) a solid carrier acceptable in agriculture. The present invention also provides for the preparation and use of the composition described herein.

1. A solid composition comprising (1) flonicamide, (2) at least one lignosulfonate and / or at least one alkylyl sulfonate and (3) a solid carrier acceptable in agriculture.

2. A solid composition comprising (1) flonicamide, (2) a combination of at least one lignosulfonate and at least one alkylyl sulfonate, and (3) a solid carrier acceptable in agriculture.

21. An aqueous composition comprising the solid composition of any one of claims 1-20 and water.

A process for preparing a water-dispersible or water-soluble solid composition comprising flonicamide, the process comprising (1) mixing flonicamide, at least one lignosulfonate, at least one alkylyl sulfonate and optionally an additional active ingredient in solid form with at least one additive acceptable in agriculture in solid form to prepare a premixture, (2) milling the premixture from step (1) to prepare a milled mixture, (3) moistening the milled mixture with a wetting liquid, (4) performing wet granulation and drying.

29. A process for preparing a water-dispersible solid or a water-soluble composition comprising flonicamide, the process comprising (1) mixing flonicamide, at least one lignosulfonate and / or at least one alkylyl sulfonate and optionally an additional active ingredient in solid form with at least one additive acceptable in agriculture in solid form to prepare a premixture, (2) milling the premixture from step (1) to prepare a milled mixture, (3) moistening the milled mixture with a wetting liquid, (4) performing wet granulation and drying.
