DL-RS SELECTION FOR EU-INITIATED NOTIFICATION

Claims

Among other things, an apparatus is disclosed, the apparatus comprising: means for receiving a channel status information notification configuration, CSI, indicating a first set of downlink reference signals, DL-RS, to monitor for CSI notification, the first set of DL-RS being configured as the source RS of a first set of transmit configuration indicator states, TCI; means for monitoring the first set of DL-RS; means for receiving a UE-initiated notification configuration indicating a second set of DL-RS to monitor for UE-initiated notification, the second set of DL-RS being configured as the source RS of a second set of TCI states, and having at least one element not belonging to the first set of DL-RS; means for monitoring the second set of DL-RS in addition to the first set of DL-RS;and means for autonomously reporting information relating to one or more preferred DL-RSs selected from the second set of monitored DL-RSs. Additional devices, as well as corresponding methods, software programs, and computer-readable storage media, are disclosed.
