Claims

The present application describes a multi-position controlled airway valve, comprising a vent control member; a valve body, provided with a fluid channel and a vent channel, wherein the vent control member is disposed in the vent channel; a valve core assembly, mounted in the fluid channel, which controls the fluid channel to switch between a connected state and a sealed state, wherein the valve core assembly in a filling mode controls the fluid channel to be in the connected state and rests against the vent control member to maintain the vent channel in an inflatable mode.Also described is a refueling device applied with the multi-position controlled airway valve and a refueling system applied with the refueling device, to achieve the goal of quickly removing residual air and gases when refueling with new fuels.
