Claims
The aim would be to produce a food product with the characteristics of Tybo cheese, but in a size (15 x 20 cm) that allows for more efficient and profitable use, as it reduces waste and the working time of staff preparing menus in a commercial establishment or any point of sale. This is achieved by modifying the mold structure to reach the desired dimensions, while maintaining the same production techniques. Once finished and its maturation process is complete, the product is delivered to the customer as a whole, ready-to-use item, or sliced for direct use in sandwiches.
