Claims

It is a cheese vat that incorporates solar energy, making it possible to include a pasteurization process for the product being made. It comprises a photovoltaic panel that powers a deep-cycle battery integrated into its electrical wiring, a control panel combined with a solar water heater connected to a water supply circuit from a reserve tank. A tower housing a temperature sensor is projected onto the vat body. The control panel includes spherical valves with rotary switches that operate the vat's agitator, or solenoid valves, also operated by rotary switches. Sensors and displays for jacket water temperature, inlet water temperature, and jacket water volume are also included, all linked to a microcontroller.It includes a display panel and a selector switch, allowing you to choose between the pasteurization and curdling programs. It also incorporates thermal insulation between the jacket and the casing.
