Claims
The present invention relates to specific binding antibodies directed to the fibroblast growth factor receptor 2b (FGFR2b), drug-antibody conjugates, methods for their use, and compositions containing them. Anti-FGFR2b antibodies, their conjugates, or compositions can be used as monotherapy or in combination with other therapies and / or other anticancer agents, for example, in the treatment of cancer / tumors.
1. An anti-FGFR2b antibody or its antigen-binding fragment that specifically binds to FGFR2b, comprising: (1) the 3 CDRs (HCDR1, HCDR2, HCDR3) comprising VH as shown in SEQ ID No. 7 or variants thereof; and / or the 3 CDRs (LCDR1, LCDR2, LCDR3) comprising VL as shown in SEQ ID No. 8 or variants thereof; or, (2) the 3 CDRs (HCDR1, HCDR2, HCDR3) comprising VH as shown in SEQ ID No. 12 or variants thereof; and / or the 3 CDRs (LCDR1, LCDR2, LCDR3) comprising VL as shown in SEQ ID No. 13 or variants thereof.
5. An anti-FGFR2b drug-antibody conjugate according to formula (I), one of its isomers, one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or one of its mixtures: Ab-(LD)m [formula (I)] wherein L is a linker unit; D is a small-molecule cytotoxic drug; m is an average number of LD units conjugated to Ab, and m is selected from 1 to 10, preferably from 2 to 8; Ab is the anti-FGFR2b antibody or one of its antigen-binding fragments according to any one of claims 1-4.
12. An isolated nucleotide molecule encoding the anti-FGFR2b antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof according to any of claims 1-4, or its heavy chain variable region and / or its light chain variable region.
13. An expression vector comprising the nucleotide molecule according to claim 12.
14. A host cell comprising the nucleotide molecule according to claim 12 or the expression vector according to claim 13.
15. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment according to any of claims 1-4, the antibody-drug conjugate, its isomer, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or mixture thereof according to any of claims 5-11, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
