Claims

The present invention relates to compositions comprising modified virus-like particles (VLPs) of cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), and in particular to modified CMV VLPs comprising chimeric CMV polypeptides preferably comprising a stretch of consecutive negative amino acids selected from aspartic acid and / or glutamic acid to which specific feline interleukin-1β mutain antigens, fIL-1β-D145X antigens, are attached, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions thereof, compositions preferably serving as vaccines to generate immune responses, in particular antibody responses, against fIL-1β.
