Claims

The present invention provides a delivery system comprising a first aqueous composition containing small particles and a second aqueous composition containing larger particles, wherein the particles of the first and second aqueous compositions may comprise the same or different compounds of interest, the compounds of interest preferably being hydrophobic or amphiphilic. In both cases, the small particles comprise a partially liquid oil phase at temperatures of approximately 4°C.
