Claims

The present invention provides a process for preparing namodenoson of the following formula: (1). More specifically, the present disclosure provides a simple, high-performance Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) process for namodenoson suitable for large-scale production. The process involves the steps of protection, oxidation, chlorination, animation, reaction, and final deprotection.
