Claims
This application relates to the field of medical devices, and in particular to a cardiac valve prosthesis fixed by means of a ventricular septum, comprising a valve endoprosthesis and a fixation device. The valve endoprosthesis comprises a valve stitching section and a prosthetic valve, the prosthetic valve being fixed to the valve stitching section. The fixation device comprises a fixation support section and a fixation element, one end of the fixation support section being attached to the proximal part of the valve stitching section, and the other end of the fixation support section being attached to the patient's ventricular septum by means of the fixation element to support the cardiac valve prosthesis and limit its axial movement.
