Claims

In one aspect, an immunogenic composition comprising conjugated O-polysaccharide molecules derived from E. coli lipopolysaccharides. In one embodiment, the O-polysaccharide molecules are conjugated with streptococcal C5a peptidase (SCP). In some embodiments, the O-polysaccharide molecules are conjugated with SCP using click chemistry.

1. A pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it comprises a glycoconjugate, wherein the glycoconjugate comprises a streptococcal C5a peptidase carrier protein (SCP), or a functional fragment thereof, covalently linked to an E. coli saccharide, and wherein the saccharide comprises the structure of Formula O25b.

2. A pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it comprises a glycoconjugate comprising an E. coli saccharide, and an RNA molecule encoding a FimH-derived polypeptide, or a functional fragment thereof.

34. A pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it comprises a glycoconjugate and a CpG oligonucleotide, wherein the glycoconjugate comprises a streptococcal C5a peptidase carrier protein (SCP), or a functional fragment thereof, covalently linked to an E. coli saccharide, and wherein the saccharide comprises the structure of Formula O25b.
