Claims

A method for estimating the in-situ stimulated drainage height of a well drilled through multiple formation layers may include analyzing multiple sample batches to generate associated measurements of parameters within each sample batch. These samples are drawn from a known depth range within the well and collected from a surface outside the wellbore. The method may also include generating a set of signatures for each sample batch using the associated measurements. Furthermore, the method may include comparing the signature batches and generating a production allocation and a well fluid correlation. Finally, the method may include generating an estimate of the in-situ stimulated drainage height for the well based on the production allocation and the well fluid correlation.
