Claims

Oral compositions of small molecule GLP-1 receptor agonists and dual GIP / GLP-1 receptor agonists, and uses thereof.

1. A pharmaceutical composition, characterized in that it comprises: a therapeutically effective amount of Compound A or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a therapeutically effective amount of a dual GIP / GLP-1 agonist.

99. A pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it comprises: (i) a dual GIP / GLP-1 receptor agonist layer comprising: (a) sodium salcaprozate; and (b) a therapeutically effective amount of the compound having the structure of formula (1); and (ii) a TR-β agonist layer comprising: (a) polyvinylpyrrolidinone-vinyl acetate (PVP-VA) copolymer, (b) a therapeutically effective amount of Compound A; wherein Compound A and PVP-VA are combined to form a spray-drying dispersion.
