Claims
This document provides bispecific multivalent antibodies that bind specifically to Muc16 and NaPi-2b. In certain formulations, the antibodies are bivalent, trivalent, or tetravalent. Certain tetravalent antibodies comprise two paratopes that bind specifically to Muc16 and two paratopes that bind specifically to NaPi-2b. The tetravalent antibody formulations described herein include a diabody-Fc-Fab formulation (MUTTA™ 2) and a Fab-diabody-Fc formulation (MUTTA™ 4). Immunoconjugates, which may be antibody-drug conjugates, are also provided. Methods for using these antibodies to detect or destroy malignant cells and to treat diseases, including cancer, are also provided.
