This document describes compounds useful for the inhibition of KRAS G12D, G12V, G12A, G12S, G12R, G13D, Q61H, Q61L, Q61R, or G12C. The compounds have a general formula (1) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the formula variables (1) are as defined herein. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds, uses of the compounds, and compositions for the treatment of, for example, a KRAS G12D, G12V, G12A, G12S, G12R, G13D, Q61H, Q61L, Q61R, or G12C disorder are also provided herein.
