Claims
The present invention relates to a novel formulation comprising a benzimidazole derivative. The oral formulation comprising a compound of formula (1) according to the present invention or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and at least one disintegrant selected from the group consisting of croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, and low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, exhibits excellent stability during storage and has an effect on preventing a decrease in the dissolution rate, thus being usefully employed as an oral formulation.
1. A tablet comprising a benzimidazole compound, characterized in that the compound is (S)-4((5,7-difluorochroman-4-yl)oxy)-N,N-2-trimethyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-6-carboxamide of formula (1), in a weight percentage of 10% to 40%, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; with respect to 100% by weight of the total weight of the tablet, and 1% to 20% by weight of a disintegrant which is croscarmellose sodium, with respect to 100% by weight of the total weight of the tablet, wherein the tablet comprises a binder, a filler and a lubricant, or the tablet comprises a filler and a lubricant.
