Claims
This disclosure provides, among other things, a novel class of antibodies or an antigen-binding fragment that binds to the calf-1 or calf-2 domain of integrin α7β1. The anti-α7β1 antibodies of this disclosure are effective at stabilizing integrin α7β1 in the extended closed and extended open conformations, thereby enhancing binding to laminins.
