Claims
A fungicidal composition useful in a method of controlling or preventing a phytopathogenic disease in useful plants or their propagation material, comprising: applying to the useful plants, their locus or their propagation material, a component (A) that is a quinoline-3-carboxamide compound; wherein the phytopathogenic disease is caused by phytopathogenic fungi resistant to one or more fungicides of a class of fungicidal mode of action selected from: sterol demethylation inhibitor fungicide, quinone external inhibitor fungicide, succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicide, anilinopyrimidine fungicide, phenylpyrrole fungicide, hydroxyanilide fungicide, dicarboximide fungicide and methylbenzimidazole carbamate fungicide. The fungicidal composition further comprises a component (B) that is a compound selected from pidiflumentofen, benzovindiflupyr [1072957-71-1], difenoconazole, hexaconazole, azoxystrobin, fludioxonil, cyprodinil, fluazinam, isopirazam, piroquilon, tricyclazole, chlorothalonil, propiconazole, aminopyrifen, penconazole, prothioconazole, mancozeb, fenpropimorf, fenpropidin, sulfur, and a biofungicide comprising strains of Bacillus subtilis, including Taegro® (a biofungicide comprising Bacillus subtilis var. amyloliquefaciens strain FZB24), Serenade® (based on strain QST713) or Subtilex® (based on strain MBI600); wherein the weight ratio between component (A) and component (B) is from 20:1 to 1:
40. Method of synthesis of the quinoline-3-carboxamide compound useful in said fungicidal compositions.A fungicidal composition characterized in that it is useful in a method of controlling or preventing a phytopathogenic disease in useful plants or their propagation material, comprising: applying to the useful plants, their locus or their propagation material, a compound of formula (1).
