This document provides polypeptides, nucleic acids, and cells comprising antigen-binding domains that specifically bind to solute transporter family 34 member 2 (SLC34A2) or serine transmembrane protease 4 (TMPRSS4), and methods of their use. It also provides polypeptides, systems, nucleic acids, and cells comprising priming receptors comprising an antigen-binding domain that specifically binds to solute transporter family 34 member 2 (SLC34A2) and chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) comprising an antigen-binding domain that specifically binds to serine transmembrane protease 4 (TMPRSS4).
