Claims

The construction system consists of expanded polystyrene panels reinforced with electro-welded steel wire mesh on both sides, interconnected internally. Externally, formwork is constructed using wooden or plastic panels held in place by structural iron pipes, flat iron bars, and threaded rods secured with metal washers, nuts, and locknuts. Telescopic iron struts, braced with washers and nuts, or solid wood struts are anchored to firm ground. This entire assembly provides the necessary containment to prevent the material used for filling from collapsing and spilling on both sides. Once removed, the formwork is removed, leaving a rigid wall.
