Claims
Methods for producing a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that includes a hydroxylation-susceptible lysine residue, and / or that includes a hydroxylation-susceptible proline residue, are disclosed, comprising culturing cells comprising nucleic acid to express the polypeptide for most of the culture period in a cell culture medium having an Fe ion concentration of less than 60 µM.
