Claims

An example method implemented by a user device comprises receiving (402) a conditional Layer 1 / Layer 2 (LTM) enabled mobility configuration. The LTM configuration comprises an LTM candidate cell configuration for a candidate cell and an indication of an execution condition associated with the LTM cell configuration. The method further comprises monitoring (404) the execution condition and, in response to the fulfillment of the execution condition, initiating (406) an LTM mobility procedure to the candidate cell by using the LTM candidate cell configuration. The indication of the execution condition comprises an indication of a lower-layer metering configuration associated with the LTM candidate cell configuration, and the lower-layer metering configuration corresponds to a notification configuration.
