Claims
A wear assembly for earthmoving equipment may include a wear part with a mounting cavity for a support base and a hole for a lock communicating with the mounting cavity and having a crown-shaped locking bearing surface. A lock is installed in the hole to secure the wear part to a support base. The lock has an upper bearing surface that interfaces with the crown-shaped locking bearing surface, allowing it to be rotated around the crown-shaped locking bearing surface between a locked and an unlocked position. The unlocked position allows the wear part to be released from the support base.
