Abstract

A free gingival graft kit includes: a non-scratching temporal anchorage device (TAD) including an external threaded drilling section, a smooth neck section, and a semi-spherical non-scratching section connected to the neck section and having a stop end portion with a diameter less than a diameter of the non-scratching section; and a wound covering assembly including first and second locating sections and a protective covering member having an irregular surface corresponding to a shape of a patient's oral cavity, wherein a protective covering member is maintained by a plurality of TADs together with the first locating section in a local wound within the patient's oral cavity. The non-scratching TAD effectively supports a patient's alveolar mucosa and reduces a suture stitching work, thereby reducing a gingival graft surgery time. The protective covering member promotes compression hemostasis of the local wound and protects the local wound from abrasion by foreign materials, thereby guaranteeing improved surgery quality.
