Abstract
The present invention relates to a universal method for identifying aging indicators for an application-optimized assessment of the aging state in a system-specific battery application. According to the invention, the method includes, among other things, steps for acquiring (S21, S22) criteria relating to resources or requirements from a user, and for outputting (S60) identified aging indicators (HI) to the user. The method is particularly suitable for designing the most efficient and accurate dedicated diagnosis of the battery's aging state during product development, before a corresponding diagnostic technique is implemented in the system.
