Fastening device (1) for detachably fastening a front panel (2) to a drawer (3) comprising: − a furniture fitting (5) that can be pre-mounted on a front panel (2), wherein the furniture fitting (5) comprises a locking pin (36), − a catch device (6), wherein the catch device (6) is arranged on a support (7) and holds the furniture fitting (5) when inserted, − a locking device (8) for the catch device (6), wherein the locking device (8) comprises a release device (9) for releasing the furniture fitting (5), and − an adjusting device (10) with which a vertical and / or lateral-transverse position of at least one part of the furniture fitting (5) relative to the support (7) can be adjusted, wherein the adjusting device (10) comprises an actuating device (12),wherein the release device (9) and the actuating device (12) are arranged at essentially the same height in the vertical direction (13) relative to the support (7) in the fastening state (11) of the furniture fitting (5) on the fastening device (1) and remain in this position when the actuating device is actuated.
