Abstract

Bicycle carrier for transporting at least one single-track two-wheeler, comprising a base profile (1), which preferably has a U-shaped or V-shaped cross-section and can be loaded with a single-track two-wheeler, preferably a bicycle or e-bike, a base frame (2), which can be connected to the base profile (1), a first bracket (4), which is arranged at a first end of the base profile (1), a second, tension-side bracket (5), which is arranged at a second end of the base profile (1) and which is adjustable or pivotable, and a fastening system, which is connected to the base frame (2) and can be coupled to a vehicle, characterized in that at least the tension-side bracket (5) is pivotably connected to the base profile (1) and to a pneumatic adjusting element (3) arranged on the base profile (1).wherein, when the clamping-side bracket (5) is pivoted, the pneumatic adjusting element (3) exerts such force on the clamping-side bracket (5) that the bicycle can be clamped and secured at at least four clamping points via the base profile (1) and the two brackets (4, 5).
